You're unbelievable. How is nobody else teaching like this. Maybe I'm not paying attention 37 years and never have seen anyone break down concepts like this. You have a true gift ❤️
Well said, Brian is an amazing teacher.
Me 2 .. I thought so too, I mean to Me as a beginner-to-intermediate level perennial guitar-lover for appx

The best guitar teacher on the internet for sure
Ditto
What can I possibly say about Brian and his teaching that hasn't already been said. There are a lot of great guitar players, teachers, and instructors here on youtube that I do watch... Uncle Ben, Justin Sandercoe, Marty, Brett Papa, Rick Beato, Guthrie T, Mark Z, Tim Pierce, Guitar Pilgrim, Paul Davids, etc., etc. But, hands down, for me, Brian is my absolute favorite, and for sooo many reasons, but just want to recognize, not write an essay. Thank you for another great video. I had a lot of fun improvising over this.
Having a live track while presenting ideas is refreshing and immediate, love it!
I agree with you Yinch - good job Brian. Sometimes we need the music to do the talking/teaching!
Came to say the exact thing. Love the track going in the background for some reason. Made my mind think of melodies the entire time
super ideas that put it all together .top work sir
There's no bigger beginner than me. I got my Strat out and began playing around with this, and MAN. What a bunch of fun you can have just doing these over and over, and adding something every time I get comfy! Best lesson so far!!!
6min in and I had to hit the like button, inspirational
Thankyou breath of fresh air , this is such fun and you put it over in a way that even a thicko like me can follow it , hours of joy on its way with this one .
Thanks Brian, I have learnt and understood more in the last 3 weeks from you than I have over the last 3 years with everyone else.
I agree, this is the most affordable, productive lesson platform I’ve seen online. Over 480 full lessons and at least that many quikies. Do yourself a favor and subscribe
Thst bass guitar and drums is killin it, that is so funky my man, and when demonstrate how to fill in those licks on guitar simply fantastic, you show that the licks don't have to be all over the place and l like how near the end of the lesson you show how all the licks can be played, good instruction!!!!!!! I'll be learning this and see how l can put this information that you gave to use
Great use of the 'doors' style backing track whilst explaining the lesson..
Like the sound of this lesson Brian, you are great at the guitar, and a very good teacher. I like how you explain the lesson. Thanks
#1, he does not do this for free. Brian is selling a subscription course, one to which I subscribe and one that is worth more than the $90 a year that he charges. #2, you should subscribe, you will find a wealth of valuable lessons and you’ll find it the best $90 a year that you spend. These CZcams videos are all only a part 1 of if a bigger lesson. Trust me, you will get a lot of value of what is the cost of three in person lessons from your local instructor.

#3. Who said he does it for free? #4. What are you, his manager?
I would imagine, living with you is like one long, educational, but unwanted lecture.
How would anyone watching or subscribing to this channel cope without you to
explain it all to them?
God gifted talent to teach. Best of the best.
Another rut busting lesson full of little gem takeaways, thanks again Brian, simple but so effective.
Wow! Absolutely love this. It really has a Robby Krieger and John Fogarty vibe. Brilliant lesson.👏👏👏
Excellent teaching sir!!! Bravo!!!
Super enjoyed this format - More!!!
I watch a lot on UT.
You are an outstanding teacher.
Pleasure to listen and watch.
I am retired primary teacher and amateur guitar player, so I know what l'm talking about.
Cheers from Poland.
Great lesson. Thanks!
Nailed it. Making my Sat morning so much better. Made a little riff from this lesson called up my Daughter and said listen to this. Just hearing her say Wow Dad that was great makes my week. Also some of this has a Doors feeling. Thanks
you are amazing for providing what you do for free, thank you so much for your time!
His premium membership is $89 per year. So worth it.

It’s not all free, similar to most guitar sites on youtube, you only get some of it for free.
@@xaj1543 thats the point. It is amazing that he shares anything at all for free, especially awesome stuff such as this.
@@davidjohnson3784 if i had any extra, that would be a sound way for it to go!

You don’t watch much youtube do you, there are hundreds of guitar sites, many just as good or
even better than this one. If they didn’t do the videos they wouldn’t attract the paying
customers, it’s promotion, it’s part and parcel of their overall operation, to make money.
In fact there are some sites that are completely free and rely on people donating to make
it worthwhile. You may as well now post the same comment to every guitar site because
it’s no different for any of them.
This is BRILLIANT! you have the drums and the baseline like this with no third interval… That just opens everything up and helps us to become more creative…. THANK YOU!
Thank you for everything you do.
Genuinely thrilled by this video...
So simple, so fun...thanks Brian. You're the best!
Love this format. Somehow, with the simple backing track continuously playing seems to bring everything together easier.

Great lesson. I love playing minimalist-type riffs and lines. A lot to work on and work with. Thank you.
Very awesome Technique. This lesson very good Technique. Thanks you very much.
Bravo Brian - this approach simplifies the learning of skills and techniques that can be applied later. While I love you lessons I posted on the blog a few weeks ago that I was struggling with trying to play your lesson pieces due to a lack of skills and technique. This gives something to work on that can be applied more broadly down the road. Thank you!
Man that’s awesome. That trips my trigger. Thanks Brian. You’re the best.

Even if I had a handful of thumbs, it still wouldn't be enough! Maybe it's bcuz of your playing and teaching over the backing track but I found this very helpful and really enjoyable. Off to the looper to replicate a transcribed version of my own to explore these ideas and grow accordingly. Thank you sir!
What a cool lesson! 😎🎸🎶
That great 70s psychedelic minor jam! Never fails.
