Lasertube machines by BLM GROUP has a new automatic storage system for tubes, pipes and profiles connected to automated loading so you can improve productivity and process efficiency even further of your tube laser cutting machine.
Faster production changes with the automatic tower magazine available for Lasertube LT8.20 (6500 and 8500 mm loader versions).
Tubes, pipes and profiles are automatically loaded from the tube storage system.
The station takes the steel boxes with tubes, pipes and profiles to be processed from the warehouse and move them to the conveyor unit of the machine and back at each production change.

The BLM 8.20 Is the most superior tube laser on the market right now. We just had an 8.2 installed in our facility with a hybrid 5k core/ 3k ring resonator. The core is nitrogen only 7ga and thinner while the 3k Oxygen assist ring mimics A CO2 cut. I'm talking 15000mm a minute on the thin stuff and 1000-3000mm a minute on the thicker material. BLM's tech support is hands down the best out of all our lasers...The training program they offer in Novi, MI is stunning to say the least. Aaron and Sarah really know their machines and have a very effective approach on trouble shooting... I cannot say enough positive experiences i've personally had with their service. Keep up the good work people! Oh, and the machine loves 24/7 operations, the machine actually prefers that to small batches. If I didn't have dogs, I would already be working for that company as a tech!

Amazing! In the near future I will need several fully automated lines, loading, laser cutting, bending, pulling out from 3D bending and arrangement of long rectangular pipes 6000-6050 mm.
