Yes mostly The user has to interact with the plug-in on a couple steps for example interacting with the slider selecting the amount of color you'd like to use
Does your color separation action work on CS6 version of photoshop?
Yes it does

No it's not available for Corelle draw but you can get a copy of Gimp and it should work with that
Does actionseps DTX only work if you’re printing on black shirts or does it work on any color shirt?
Any color shirt, there's an action for black shirts in an action for colored shirts
Do you need photoshop to use this software? Can you use it by itself?
Know the software is not standalone it's an action for Photoshop.. but it should work with Gin the free version of Photoshop
