- Part 2! This video proves the people wrong who say the New Stadium isn't loud, it is!

I was at game 3 of the ‘17 ALCS where CC did great for us on the mound. When the Toddfather hit that dinger the stadium was literally shaking..drinks and food were being tossed and sprayed everywhere in the air, most of us were all soaked hugging and high 5ing complete strangers but nobody cared..it was absolutely awesome. We were way too loud for the Asterisks to hear trash banging that night lol screw them. The ‘17 Yanks were a fun team, great year.
2021 Yankees need 2017 Sanchez back.
it looks like they have 2017 sanchez back
@Jamison McCullough Lol. Well, he seems to be doing better, lately. * knocks on wood. Let's hope the trend continues.
We got em
@@swegmoose not anymore. The injuries are endless.
So much better without him
If Yankees fans in October are not the loudest thing idk what is
*Raul Ibanez and Todd Frazier were only here for a short time, but they were good Yankees.*
Raul was so clutch in the post season
Yes, and Gregorious too. Wish we still had those guys.
On that Aaron Judge double off the wall, FS1 is trying to mute the crowd noise but it still is loud😂
They sure were, I was there, it was loud af that night
They were trying to mute us that entire postseason it annoyed me
@@161striveravenue same I was there it was so crazy, and FS1 and all these networks hate the yankees smh
Those bastards!
God I love being a Yankees fan
Todd Frazier was so good with the Yankees. They should had brought him back for another year.
He brought a lot of energy to the team as well which was great. This current team doesn't have as much energy in my opinion
@@161striveravenue has absolutely 0% energy completely agree. Didi was the heart and soul of that team too and he’s gone. There’s no leadership besides gardy and he’s probably gone.
@@scottyvanreeth my son grady got the contract
Man I loved Todd’s energy in the team no doubt the most energetic of the team much like nick swisher when he was in the team
For sure. Sure he wasn't the best player but he had energy and he had some big moments in that 2017 run
Just such special moments. I wanna go so badly to the Bronx in October.
Please try your best to do so. You're not going to regret it i promise you. It's expensive but it's worth every penny. October in Yankee Stadium is a different animal. It's a mad house in there.
@@kingdre2845 facts man it’ll be worth it maybe even if we lose lol
@@njcshowcase Nah man i don't know about that 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@kingdre2845 haha yeah that’s probably a stretch
Yeah man i was at 2017 ALDS Game 4 and Didi's grand slam in 2019. Its just different than other stadiums. Especially the bleachers
1:23 I was at that game. I never felt Yankees Stadium shake like the way it did at that moment.
That was my first playoff game and I quite literally cried of happiness
That place was shaking!
Sanchez delivers.....I would LOVE to hear that more
A-rod's home run against the twins to tie it in the 9th in 2009 months was awesome to witness in person. The crowd was crazy!
Bro I want Didi back
I was at the game against the astros and when I tell you that stadium erupted that stadium ERUPTED. I get goosebumps watching this video or even thinking abt that game. Thank you god for giving me a memory I’ll never forget
Even though DJLMs Game 6 HR was in Houston, NY was loud that night
I’m still both hyped and outraged about that game. DJ’s home run is probably the most excited I have ever been while watching the Yankees.
Watching them hit bombs off the Astros is a joy.
Watching the Astros send you guys home in the postseason is also a joy. No I’m not an Astros fan
It never gets old. Perhaps, we'll meet again, against Houston in the playoffs, for all the marbles. I like the Yankees' chances. If Houston is playing, 'on the level'.
i was at that game 1 alds game against the twins and that was the loudest thing i have ever heard
I was at game 2 and it was insane when Didi hit the grand slam. The stadium was shaking
@@161striveravenue i was going crazy at home bro
I was at the game where Hicks hit the foul pole, and I thought the stadium was going to collapse
@@cjm-jr9xk Me too! It sounded like an explosion when the ball hit the foul pole of how loud it got
I was there for game 1 and 2. Didi's slam hyped me up like none other.
Joe Girardi triple in 96 world series giving Yankees the lead in the clinching game may be the loudest. Also Chris Chambliss pennant winning home run in 76 playoffs and aaron Boone pennant winner in 03
My uncle was lucky enough to be at Girardi's triple
I had a previous part with the girardi triple and boone homer if you didn't see that
Also, Reggies 3rd dinger of the game in the 77' series.
Oh man, these are some sweet memories!
The stadium was shaking during the 2017 ALCS
None of these compare to the 77' series after the Yankees won and the players all had to sprint into the club house for fear of their jerseys being torn from their bodies and their hats stolen. Great times!
Reggie, Reggie, Reggie...👏👏👍
Awesome video, but I think you're mistaken with the description of the video. We're not saying the new stadium is ALWAYS quiet, it does have its crazy ear-deafenning moments like any ballpark, but those moments are far and few between compared to the old stadium. Hell, I caught a game on TV the other day, that was nearing the end sadly, and it was quiet enough to hear a coin drop on the ground.
Well i don't know what game you were watching but this past series against seattle the crowd was electric on the thursday and friday night games. Also ive been to games and then i go back and watch the highlights. TV makes it sound 10 times quieter.
@@161striveravenue this past Saturday, I caught the last 2 innings of a home game, I think the Yanks faced the Mariners, and there was barely any noise in the ballpark. My TV volume was really high too, and yes I can hear just fine. XD
Ugh this lowkey makes me sad as a diehard fan cuz we really could’ve won in 17’…but ayy can’t win them all huh lol
1:41 most juiced ball of all time lol love it though will never forget the 2017 run
Real fanatics!!! You gotta love em or hate em ...loved them for 55 years
noticeable difference with the new stadium
We owned Minnesota in the post season...I always hated playing Anaheim....they gave us such problems
Here goes Gregorious Yankees lead❤
I was at that ALDS game in 09. Never felt a building rock that hard
Ah! We miss you Gregorious. Let's go YANKEES!
Sanchez hitting that double in Game 4 2017 was the loudest crowd i may have ever heard.
The yanks fought so hard against the Astros those years, if they only knew what they were up against then 😔
They could have hit better in Houston tho
@@161striveravenue yeah. Their pitching was unreal.
Yeah!!!! -Yankee Stadium
RIP twins
Soooo beautiful
How could you not include Mark Teixera's walk off in the 2009 ALDS?
It didn't seem that loud to me. I am going to be making a part 3 shortly and it will be in there
@@161striveravenue Tex’s walk off was heavily muted.
And Tino Martinez' hr against Arizona in 2001 ws. Jeter's hr against Baltimore in the playoffs. Both in da Bronx.
Didi clutch back to back hrs against kluber > his grand slam against twins > anything
When hicks hit the home run i am the guy jumping around in the blue jersey
That's sick
They should have thrown in Scott Brosius’s game tying HR in the bottom of the 9th in Game 5 of the 2001 World Series
Its in part 1
Great selection of clips, but there's a problem: How can you show Ibanez tying the game in the 9th, but NOT show him winning it 2 innings later on another BOMB to right field!? That's one of my favorite Yankee games of all time!
Replying to my own comment, because I just went and watched the second Ibanez homer and was reminded that it was an absolute DONG into the upper deck. Unbelievable game.
The 2nd homer didn't seem as loud of a reaction as a the first, but im making a 3rd part at the moment which will be up soon and it will be in there
@@161striveravenue I think you’re right. I’m pretty sure it was the first pitch of the inning, so the crowd was probably surprised 😂
Yeah 😂
1:42- that’s without knowing what’s next
Maybe Sanchez needs to see some of these clips to remind him of who we are ...lol
He has looked much better so far in 2021. Hopefully he can keep it up the whole year unlike 2019 where he started off hot and then went cold
@@161striveravenue he’s still ass now. 2017’Yankees >>>>>>> 2021
What player has the most come back or extra innings runs for the win
Oh man i got no idea
⛽️
Where are the crowd reactions from 2020?
I know I was on the top of the stadium, it almost came down 😳
1:47. How does Frazier's ball go out?
Short porch that's why
Judge haters... See that!?!? Again and again and again? Just sayin'. Dude is clutch! So is DJ.
223 hitter in the playoffs. Trash
