Good job grandma👏🏽 This brings back so many memories! Reminds me of my childhood days when we travelled to Ngwo/ Nsude for Christmas or spend long hols. with our grandparents ( God rest their souls). Okpa is bae, I like it with pap or chilled coke.
Yummy okpa 😋
You didn't tell us how good the one with okpehi and onions tasted 😊
Thanks Danica, for mentioning Ngwo.Ngwo people are the owners of okpa, okpa 9th mile.

Most welcome 😊
Thank you for sharing I’m learning how to cook right away
You are so welcome
🙏🏽💝🌹
Thank you for giving me more insight on how well to mix okpa, if i have way i will be eating it everyday.
You are welcome 😊
I'm from nsk.. i use hot water but not boiling hot..
It disolves all the lumps.. it makes it easier to mix..
It doesn't spoil it.. infact it makes it elastic..
Yea... uziza gives it that original okpa aroma.
Great 👍
Grandmas are the best. See how she pounded d oziza seed better than blender😊. The power of a real Africa woman
Oka has natural taste. Palm oil, salt, pepper and seasoning cubes ok to make delicious okpa. Okpa is Bambara Nuts in English
Ok thank you❤️
I am here again. I watched your Abacha video... I tried it and it was yummmy!!!!!!!!!
Wowwww... that's great 🤗🥰
Me too. Turned out yummy!
Donica, you don start again. You want me to fly down 👇, to the village right now. First you started me off with " UHA and Ede " Soup, now this. Chai Jesus wept. Ride on sister. The village Setting alone is Gorgeous.
Thank you ♥️ 😊
@@Danicakosy you are welcome
So uziza doesn't have English name for real? Lol!
Enugu prepares ukpa well. Village life sweet o
😂😂😂
I love it. Where can I get the original granded okpa or the seed to grand, here in Lagos because I will like to try it out. Kudos
The only way to ensure it's original is to buy the seed and pay them to grind it for you while you watch 🥰❤️

@@Danicakosyplease do we sieve the flour after grinding?
Nice video, but can a CZcamsr take a thermometer and tell us the temperature the water should be while mixing the OKPA, this will be highly appealing
❤️❤️❤️
Thanks sis. I wish there is an accurate measurement for this.i have tried doing okpa is either watery or very strong
The measurement actually depends on the quantity of the okpa you are cooking ❤️
Can one use electric mixer to mix it
I've not tried that before
Do you need to sieve the flour after grinding it?
Yes
Mama really knows how to speak English o!
🥰🥰❤️
