If Alan grant is eliminated, then he won the match due to player interference. You can't pick favorites unless you pick the one you want to play as in the beginning of the match, not the middle.
I rest my case, you've been going hog wild. So whoever you pick to play as to win with your controller assignment, you actually lose.
