I was the fastest in the freezer in my warehouse 4 years ago. Took me a year to accomplish that. Unfortunately life got to hectic for me so I had to let it go. I’m back now same company and I literally forgot how hard it was lol. focusing on my stacking and trying to get used to this new system they are using to pick. Your videos are very useful and helps me a lot. Seriously appreciate you 🙏🙏

That's a great point
Just to save money and to avoid the snack machines I take protein drinks and snacks with me to work, and keep them sometimes with me on my jack, because sometimes taking break every two hours is too long to go before eating again.
Are yall allowed to eat while working?
@@johngavin1175 they have standard rules, no food on the floor, but some people tend to have food or snacks with them anyway, not a lot though.

12 to 14 hours amd make 40 thousands a year not good and after government cut means taxes what is left not much.
Due to the fact we have shitty jacks I show up early to get the fastest/smoothest one.
A crappy jack will most definitely ruin your day

the place i work at doesn't mandate steel toe shoes xD i've been just wearing normal tennis shoes xD
As many times that I've dropped wood or cases om my foot, I would definitely wear them

I'm in the dry orders are 150 cases and more , these boxes are small and lightweight, medium and some large. Don't really have a strong foundation to work with please help!
