I know a paid producer. It's usually 50 / 50, but if there is a co-producer, then it's different. They will look at how much a producer has produced within the project, and will be paid the percentage he has done in it.
What's nice about this series is that even after he gets a placement he can keep making episodes aiming for more and branching out to larger connections
