It took three months in the initial application, I don't recall how long the second one took pero mas sandali siya. Wala akong kakilala personally na na-reject, pero meron rin yan kung hindi satisfied ang INZ na genuine and stable ang partnership :)

Yes, need po magpa-medical before you apply :) I believe the clinic will give you a reference number which you could put down on your application. Sila na mismo magsesend ng results ng medical mo sa Immigration New Zealand.
Yup, it’s true - but while INZ doesn’t specify 12 months, it does ask for proof that you and your partner lived together. The 12 months’ worth of proof is erring on the safe side ☺️

I looked into Immigration NZ (INZ)'s website and found this: www.immigration.govt.nz/about-us/media-centre/news-notifications/changes-to-partner-of-a-worker-work-visa-confirmed Essentially po, kung natanggap kayo under a Partner of a Worker Work Visa, your visa might have the following conditions: 1. You may only work for an accredited employer (I haven't seen a released list of accredited employers, but this is not something you should be worried about. If an employer is accredited, it means they have followed INZ's processes to be able to hire migrants) 2. You may only work in positions paid a median wage of NZ$29.66 (unless you are in a role covered by a sector agreement, which allows the sector to pay below median wage. The list is here: www.immigration.govt.nz/employ-migrants/new-employer-accreditation-and-work-visa/passing-the-job-check/sector-agreements-and-hiring-migrants-on-an-aewv) There are exceptions to the above: if your partner is paid twice the median wage, or is working on a role in the green list, then you will not have these conditions on your visa. Hello po! English na po yung convo namin so no need for translation. Hindi po nakalagay sa requirements that you have to translate them in english, so my suggestion is wag niyo muna gawin. Pag bumalik ang INZ sa inyo asking for a translation, tsaka nyo na po gawin.

Hi Bianca! Congratulations! It would be best to ask an immigration advisor for this, as living together is one of the components of this visa. I do know of a couple who had the same situation as you, this but they got married prior to applying for the partner visa (and their application was accepted).

Hello! If you and your former husband are divorced/annulled, then yes, you qualify if you meet the requirements stated sa video. If you are still legally wed to him, though, then hindi po. You'll have to look for other options, like an Accredited Employer Work Visa. Good luck!

So you could show joint bills / property etc. You don’t need a joint account, but it’s highly recommended as it will greatly support your visa application. 2 - kailangan may supporting document from the employer to say that his salary has increased to $30.50

Hi Daisy! I can’t say for sure if it’s okay. But in my experience, my partner and I lived together for three months also before applying for a partnership visa, and that was enough. Dapat lang talaga maraming supporting documents to show that you lived together, and that you two have a genuine intention to be with each other for a long time. Good luck! ❤️

Pwede naman isama agad pag sumakto yung timing niyo ie you have time in-between receiving your work visa and traveling to NZ, and you use that time to apply for, and hopefully get the results, for this visa.

Hello, it would be good to seek advice with a licensed immigration advisor to be 100% sure - pero the family po should write a letter stating na nakatira kayong mag-partners sa bahay nila, at na alam nilang mag-partners kayo. Plus yung title po nung bahay na naka-state na family nya may-ari. Hindi ko po sure kung sapat na ito so best to ask an immigration advisor po.

Yay congrats! Hindi niyo na po kakailanganing mag POEA at OWWA, dahil para po yon sa mga may work visa na tali to a specific employer. Ang visa niyo po ay open work - meaning, you could work for any company, thus you are not required nor eligible to obtain the OEC from POEA and OWWA. I had an open-work visa rin dati at nagtanong ako sa Philippine embassy kung kailangan ko ba yung OEC. Hindi na daw :) But please call POEA/OWWA para lang 100% sure.

He could have his landlord create a letter to confirm that he pays $x amount of rent every week, plus provide bank statements of that as proof, and the tenancy agreement that also has his name as one of the tenants.

Hi! Pwede naman po pero chances are hihingi si INZ ng joint account, kasi malakas syang pruweba na the two of you have a genuine relationship. Make sure na may mga docus po kayo to prove that you share financial responsibility.

tip lang - sa powerpoint ako gumawa ng proof of genuine and stable relationship ko kc mas madaling mag add ng mga photos doon, basta bago mag add, icompress muna to small file ang photo para di masyadong malaki ang buong file pag tapos na.. yung akin kc umabot ng 300mb kaya inisa-isa ko ulit nicompress tapos binabaan ko pa ng quality sa powerpoint options setting.. tapos iprint to pdf nyo then compress ulit pag pdf na..

It took three months in the initial application, I don't recall how long the second one took pero mas sandali siya. Wala akong kakilala personally na na-reject, pero meron rin yan kung hindi satisfied ang INZ na genuine and stable ang partnership :)

Yes, need po magpa-medical before you apply :) I believe the clinic will give you a reference number which you could put down on your application. Sila na mismo magsesend ng results ng medical mo sa Immigration New Zealand.

I think in applying for a partnership work visa, no need that you live together for 12 months.
Yup, it’s true - but while INZ doesn’t specify 12 months, it does ask for proof that you and your partner lived together. The 12 months’ worth of proof is erring on the safe side ☺️

Essentially po, kung natanggap kayo under a Partner of a Worker Work Visa, your visa might have the following conditions:
1. You may only work for an accredited employer (I haven't seen a released list of accredited employers, but this is not something you should be worried about. If an employer is accredited, it means they have followed INZ's processes to be able to hire migrants)
2. You may only work in positions paid a median wage of NZ$29.66 (unless you are in a role covered by a sector agreement, which allows the sector to pay below median wage. The list is here: www.immigration.govt.nz/employ-migrants/new-employer-accreditation-and-work-visa/passing-the-job-check/sector-agreements-and-hiring-migrants-on-an-aewv)
There are exceptions to the above: if your partner is paid twice the median wage, or is working on a role in the green list, then you will not have these conditions on your visa.
Overall, it is nothing to worry about, because none of the requirements to apply for the visa are changing.
You can join your husband na papunta, once he has his AEWV pwede ka nang mag apply for a Partner of a Worker Work Visa.

Hello po! English na po yung convo namin so no need for translation. Hindi po nakalagay sa requirements that you have to translate them in english, so my suggestion is wag niyo muna gawin. Pag bumalik ang INZ sa inyo asking for a translation, tsaka nyo na po gawin.

Hi Bianca! Congratulations! It would be best to ask an immigration advisor for this, as living together is one of the components of this visa. I do know of a couple who had the same situation as you, this but they got married prior to applying for the partner visa (and their application was accepted).

Hello! If you and your former husband are divorced/annulled, then yes, you qualify if you meet the requirements stated sa video. If you are still legally wed to him, though, then hindi po. You'll have to look for other options, like an Accredited Employer Work Visa. Good luck!

1- you have to show po na may joint financial responsibilities kayo. So you could show joint bills / property etc. You don’t need a joint account, but it’s highly recommended as it will greatly support your visa application.
2 - kailangan may supporting document from the employer to say that his salary has increased to $30.50

Hi Daisy! I can’t say for sure if it’s okay. But in my experience, my partner and I lived together for three months also before applying for a partnership visa, and that was enough. Dapat lang talaga maraming supporting documents to show that you lived together, and that you two have a genuine intention to be with each other for a long time. Good luck! ❤️

Hello, it would be good to seek advice with a licensed immigration advisor to be 100% sure - pero the family po should write a letter stating na nakatira kayong mag-partners sa bahay nila, at na alam nilang mag-partners kayo. Plus yung title po nung bahay na naka-state na family nya may-ari. Hindi ko po sure kung sapat na ito so best to ask an immigration advisor po.

Yay congrats! Hindi niyo na po kakailanganing mag POEA at OWWA, dahil para po yon sa mga may work visa na tali to a specific employer. Ang visa niyo po ay open work - meaning, you could work for any company, thus you are not required nor eligible to obtain the OEC from POEA and OWWA.
I had an open-work visa rin dati at nagtanong ako sa Philippine embassy kung kailangan ko ba yung OEC. Hindi na daw :) But please call POEA/OWWA para lang 100% sure.

He could have his landlord create a letter to confirm that he pays $x amount of rent every week, plus provide bank statements of that as proof, and the tenancy agreement that also has his name as one of the tenants.

The video will have the exact timeline kung kailan ko natanggap yung visa :) Hindi ko masyadong sure yung questions ng immigration- but if it’s a partner visa, dapat hindi sila mahigpit sayo, because the partner visa allows you to live and work in NZ. Hello po! Kung meron po kayong dalawang mga letters, basta pinadala sa parehong address, pwede po yan. Yung mga bills sa electricity, tubig, gas, o mga personal letter. Basta dapat ipakita na sa parehong address pinapadala yung mga yun.

Hi Elvie! Kailangan na officially hiwalay sila ng asawa niya through annulment or divorce. Kung sa papel ay married pa rin sila, yun ang magiging basehan ng NZ. Mas mainam po na makapag hanap kayo ng ibang paraan para makapunta ng NZ kasi medyo malabo po through partnership.

Dahil June 13 na expire ng visa mo, kakailanganin mo pa rin mag apply ng bagong visa habang nasa NZ ka. Pero ang maganda is, kung nandito ka na, bibigyan ka ng Immigration ng interim visa habang inaantay mo yung result ng bago mong visa application.
Hindi na po kailangan kung bago lang ang medical.
