As a side note: I'l love to use an internet or even just a few websites, where advertising does not exist. Advertising and the cookie law really kills the internet for me.

@@SimonLYW I would pay £1 a year happily for a website i use frequently. Or just take the money out of my taxes. At the moment i can't afford more than 1 subscription a month, and i've gone back to netflix over disney.
Once i get on the websites they are fine (except for all the adverts), but advertising has always been annoying, since watching TV as a kid, and the cookie law thing, if you need to visit or "surf" the web and several websites, its annoying.
To be fair, if everyone paid £1 to use use the internet a year, that would be fair. How much does it cost to run the internet? If its more than 7 billion than i guess the ideas not feasible, but lets be honest, its about making money now, not about user experience or freedom of information.

Everyone has a right to say what they think is inappropriate, even advertisers. What the host is saying is that those advertisers think it was inappropriate and they don't want their brand associated with it.
