      @@robfodor-theshootingguy Your feet practically land at the same spot you take off from. I understand that is desirable in any other situation but is it something one should strive for in this drill? Or should one try to make the feet land further back than where one took off from? Great video btw!

    Could you do this stationary or it doesnt help as much?
