What heads are using on the bass drum and is there a hole in the front head? That bass drum sounds great as does your playing.

Can I please get that type of snare you are using? I love the sound of it! What’s the brand, what kind of heads are you using? Is it a metal or wood snare?

Hi Miraltram. The snare in this video is a Pearl 14"x6,5" Sensitone Aluminum Snare Drum. The batter head is a Remo CS Coated Black Dot and the reso head is a Ambassador Clear head. Let me know if i can help with anything else. //Simon

Top 5 entry level????? Paiste PST's actually sound great. Idk how ya can make a top 5 cymbal list, and not have Paiste. Their 2002's, also B8, is the sound of Bonham, Parcarro, Copland......

Hi Bubinga Basher. Thanks for the feedback. Paiste‘s PST cymbals are indeed great cymbals. The criterion we used to select this year’s top 5 cymbals was that they had to be released in late 2019 and 2020. And from this we selected the ones that sold best and that caused quite some attention with their release. //Simon

The only thing I really liked was the Zultan HiHat. The Istanbul dark stuff was interesting, everything else sounded like shit.
