Nice way to show every figure but I do have some minor fixes. Not sure if you wanted to add the Fan Channel Exclusives in there since they were made available everywhere. The only reason I updated the years on some are because that is when I received them from pre-orders as I have been able to pre-order every figure and I believe the years are pretty spot on:

This is super impressive! The only thing I can add is the Gung Ho field variant with the muted colors.
I don't think he had a variation like Scarlett, Duke and Roadblock
Started collecting for a year this May and have 91 figures so far with 5 more on pre-order. I think I might be done soon though, we're moving out of my era (80's) and into stuff that isn't of interest to me.
Took me awhile to watch the entire vid but man that’s a lot of Joes! I am behind the power curve
