From prolific writer, director, producer Tyler Perry, "The Haves and the Have Nots" is a new television drama which follows the complicated dynamic between the rich and powerful Cryer family and the hired help who work in their opulent mansion set in Savannah, Georgia
From the outside, the Cryer's are the enviable face of success and wealth, but behind the veil, the family's dysfunction threatens to destroy their world of privilege. Cryer family patriarch Jim Cryer (John Schneider, "Dukes of Hazzard") is a powerful judge whose double-life, including tawdry affairs with high-priced escorts, puts his family and political ambitions at risk. His wife, Katheryn Cryer (Renée Lawless, "Wicked"), is the ultimate matriarch portraying a loving and dutiful wife, but she is willing to do anything to protect her family's status. Their son Wyatt (Aaron O'Connell) is a troubled angry jock who cares little for his own image and finds himself in and out of rehab. His sister Amanda (Jacyln Betham), a struggling law student, tries harder to live up to her parents' expectations, but unknowingly has befriended a scurrilous young woman, Candace Young, with the power to ruin the entire family.

Love Hanna and Catherine together. The entire cast do not look like they are in costume on the show until you see them outside of the show. They look the same yet different.

Absolutely. Hanna and Katheryn are both mothers, and they connect on that level.
I'm glad to see Crystal Fox has another role on the haves and the have nots. I had the pleasure of doing a cold reading of a play with her called Rejoice! at the Seattle Rep Theater back in 2005. She is an excellent talent and has a beautiful personality.

I've been wondering what Crystal Fox has been up to. She hasn't aged a second!!! She's still very beautiful like she was back in the "...Heat of the Night" days. I'm glad she's doing great.

In my opinion, which seems to NOT be a popular one, Hannah was always either screaming, yelling, crying or begging for help. Hanna had her good moments, but they were far and few between.
Catherine loves Hannah and she is in to what her sorry husband want to do what a sneaky judge. He need to worry about his silly daughter that if they don't turn over her inherit will probably do something crazy, love this show.

I hate Hanna young on this show. Ugh...her character is so irritating. Blaming her children for her horrible parenting. I can't stand Hanna's hypocrisy.

I love her and Catherine characters they are the best in the show. Candace is ok but I don't care much for the type of character that Candace plays
Hannah is the police officer from" In the heat of the night" a show that "was on during the time when the old show was on. When she was in the hospital with Bennie and singing it was so heartfelt I cried like a baby its so touching. As for Candace she saw when she needed Jim he let her down backfire. I love the Catherine person she is a bad woman and have put up with so much. The housekeeper Celine reminds me of the Arnold Schwarzenger situation with the housekeeper. I don't want this show to end Tyler Perry really did an awesome job on this show coming together.

Kcannification If you look up that show and she looks the same, except she had a lot more hair the voice sounds about the same. She really play her part on this show because when she is emotional you can feel it.
