    Totally agree with everything you said regarding sleep, nutrition, and alcohol. I cut down on drinking heavily and reap the benefits of this decision every day. I still occasionally drink but usually prefer to have a sip of Mago (Kombucha). My best way to stimulate willpower is to have a goal and true inner motivation to achieve that goal.
    BTW, you should stop buying so much stuff on Amazon, and you could save yourself a couple of minutes a week. :-)
