How To Dribble A Basketball BETWEEN The Legs! 🏀 Dribble Between The Legs EASY!

In today's video, we go back to our BASICS, teaching players how to dribble between the legs, which is a move that is valuable to players as it is flashy!
Between the legs dribbling allows your leg to block defenders from reaching in and allows you to switch the ball from one hand to the other quickly and deceptively.
All basketball players should be able to dribble a basketball between the legs as a foundational ball handling move, but this move is definitely harder than other foundational dribbling moves. So don't worry if dribbling a basketball BTL is hard at first, it'll take some practice, but in time, as you rep the drills Coach Taylor shows you, you'll master it in NO TIME!

2. Keep the ball in hands and pass ball between legs, both inside and outside
3. Bounce and catch, do jump also
4. Dribbling back and forth between legs and feel the rythm

Do you think their footwork matters that much on the ZigZag dribbles? he's going into a hop-split which is how a lot of us do it...but I often see some trainers kind of lining up steps to stop with outside foot, then cross through. Feels like a lot of dance steps when doing it in a ZigZag (which is such a great practical use...I just saw Jerami Grant do that to Zion...got separation and easy dunk)
