I think it depends on the milk content. If there is more milk-% then it'll melt faster. But to be honest, I don't really know. I just figured out myself that my bitter chocolate is more resistant then my milky chocolate. And then there is also the part of consistency etc. TLDR.: It's not cold in his work room.

You practically have to be an architect, engineer, sculpture, baker, candy maker and so many other titles that I haven’t mentioned to be able to do this intense type of work.
