  • Today, we're looking at these two Dodge Chargers. The first one is the 1969 Dodge Charger from Ertl and the other one is the 1970 Dodge Charger made by Autoworld. Let's find out which one is more valuable and a better choice to own!

Not to mention the underbody overspray on the ‘70! Very good attention to detail!

That black bullitt charger it's basically from elite/regular version, not authentic version. All autoworld chargers now is based on old ertl authentic version.

the black one is a 1968 charger because of the round taillights. the 69 has long ones.

I have two James Bond cars from Auto World, the Aston Martin DBS from Quantum Of Solace, and the red Mustang Mach 1 from Diamonds Are Forever, and they're both really nice. You can see the quality, nice paint, attention to detail, things open that should. Now let's be honest, they're not AutoArt nice, but they're also not an el cheapy model either, I'd say upper middle class if you will.

Hi There, First Off I Must Say. I Very, Very Much Enjoy Watching Your Die Cast Reviews , Especially the 1/18 Scale , So, needless to say....Please Do Keep Em; Coming !!,,
PS Btw -I love that one can hear you clearly, as opposed to many other Die Cast Reviewers Channels That Must Have Their Very Loud Irritating/Annoying Background Music..so Thank You For Not Doing So,,.lol.....Much Appreciated!!
I'm going to go off the beaten path here , As I'm Not Just Going To Focus Just On ERTL vs AUTOWORLD , But More So On .."ERTL vs OTHER COMPETITOR BRANDS " 1/18 Scale Comparison .For in My Opinion Your Average Avid Die Cast Collector Can Purchase Another Brand As Opposed To ERTL, That Is Much More Quality Manufactured, Such As, In Its (Casting Mould, Its Overall Applied Paint & Has Much, Much More Detail Than Any Series Of The Ertl Brand (Ertl, Ertl American Muscle, Ertl Authentics, For A Much More Lower Retail Price , 85% Of Ertl Product Series Do Not Have Opening Trunks, and True Detail..where as your much more cheaper Die Cast Brands Do...Here Are Just a Handful Of 1/18 Scale Die Cast , ..that DO Have IT All On A Higher End Scale ,As Opposed To The Ertl Brands...They Are .Maisto SE- Road Signature--Welly-Sun Star(lower end)-MotorMax- Signature-Anson-Burago- etc, etc ..these Brands Usually Retail Between $25-$45...Now If One Really Really WANTS Detail, Then I Highly Suggest , ERTL's Buy Out Company... "Autoworld"..- Precision Collectibles-Highway 61-GMP-Green Light-Motor City Classics-Sun Star Platinum Series.($60-$150...Just To Name A few:(..These In my Opinion Are Worth Paying $100.+ For .....Presently .:the Former "ERTL"...hmmm..JUS DOES NOT CUT IT FOR ME,:(:(..,For I Will Only Purchase , When Ertl Improves The Overall Quality Of Their Products 110%., In Which They Never, Ever Accomplished Under The ERTL Brand ..It Wasn't Until .Auto World Bought Out ERTL...For ONLY Now There Is QUALITY & PERFECTION!!..Take Care, Stay Safe!
