Thanks a lot for this rare and unique review. 2 weeks ago I was due to fly the same route in Business Class too but Immigration officers (rightly) offloaded me at Entebbe. I messed up with my visa paperworks lol. However, earlier, I flew Y dxb to ebb though and experience was nice. Their business product looks great especially the seat full access. Did the crew offer you a pre-departure drink? Also have you had a choice for the main course or just chicken for everybody? RwandAir gives complimentary wifi 15min (?) to all passengers on their A330s. How full was the business class cabin?

Oh no, sorry about being offloaded and I hope you get to experience this fantastic business class product soon! Yes there was a pre-departure drink offered. There was an option between chicken, beef and (probably) vegetarian - I can’t remember but definitely beef was there.

Oh, and the business cabin had 8 pax out of about 22 seats 💺 which I thought was not bad considering the Covid situation and heightened rules for the UAE (48 hrs PCR, 6 hours rapid test before the flight). I’m curious to see how their premium economy performs in the market.

I'm fascinated with this UA A330 cabin. Does UA not have their own Ugandan pilots for the A330?
You need to take a while to fly an Airbus plane to start flying an Airbus widebody so for now, I doubt
From the flights I had with them on the A330, it was a mix between foreign and Ugandan pilots.
@@lubsisaco I think there are Ugandan pilots who were flying the A330 for other airlines who joined Uganda Airlines after they acquired the type

Their business model is unsustainable.
Next time you book your ticket with them remember you can lose all you money.
