Yes. I will be grooving my tracks if they work good in the snow/ice and I would like a follow up video on dirt come summer. If you notice any extra wear on them. But I’ve got a skid that has dirt tracks and want to plow out our farm yard and if grooving a set of 70% dirt tracks adds a bunch of help to snow I’m all in. It’ll save me some money.
Awesome, more plowing! That kubota loader is awesome & it looks like its a snow moving BEAST!!! Glad to see more kubota on the channel! Hope you have a great week! Keep up the great work! Had a 14 hr event on Saturday, it was a good day!
@@Dirtmonkey shes sure is a tough r530 kubota loader with good pushing power wich i was looking at one wich they were cheaper then a whacker wl32 loader wich is $109,000
Hey Stan! I work at a fertilizer company and ran loader for them for a while before moving up in the company and we tried out the same one you have here I believe and it was a decent machine, but we ended up going with a Gehl 750 wheel loader. It had some more weight in the rear end so it had a better lifting capacity and felt more stable, it also is a faster machine than the kubota and the hydraulics are finer and more responsive. It also has more room in the cab, I found in the kubota I was hitting my knees on the dash plastic on the right hand side of the cab a lot and the Gehl’s interior (plastics, seat, etc) feels like it’s higher quality. I really like that Gehl and still jump in it when I get the chance. I’d highly encourage you to get a demo machine. I think you’d be thoroughly impressed and you’d enjoy running it more than the Kubota. Love the videos, keep it up Dirtmonkey!
Another thing I’d add is that the Gehl 750 is a hair larger than the Kubota but it’s very comparable to the kubota, if you’ve ever been in a fertilizer/commodity building you’d know it gets really tight in them. Also, that series of Gehl is made with the option of having a telescoping boom as well. Anyways, I hope you see this and look into a demo Gehl just for giggles, I know you love demos. God bless and go get em!
Stan I run that same Kubota Loader at my Tech school. It's such a amazing machine! It works amazing in the Snow, dirt mud you name it, it just goes!! We even lifted and moved a whole shed a mile down the road.
Very Nice loaders I use one to plow commercial lots works great for drive thrus and other similar tight spaces. (With the appropriate blade of course) comfortable as well. Comfortability comes a long ways with these machines as you want the operator to be as least fatigue as possible for those 15-20 hour shifts .
That Kubota is a sweet little machine. Hell I want one and I live in the desert. Would be great for fixing up things up after the monsoon this rearrange all our roads for us.
Definitely one of my favorites machines I had to operate it's literally a swiss knife very strong and very operator friendly I'd like to see a video on you going through it

Congrats on the new loader! I would love to see more videos about those Kubotas as there's not much about them online but they seem like solid machines. Do you plan on getting any use out of it aside from snow plowing, such as for landscaping or excavating?
I'm impressed with my Kubota 65 skid. Starting to haul a lot of dirt. Been thinking of a small loader. So definitely do a indepth on that new mini loader.
We had just gotten a bobcat 595. And it seemed like the best choice for availability but I really miss being able to be able to see 360° around me. Ours were open cab so I could just simply hop off to adjust something real quick and hop back on it. Congratulations on that purchase. Looking forward to a full review video.
I want to see all the things. The knowledge that I get from watching your videos really helps me in moving forward with my own projects. I'm not anywhere near a business-level, I'm a homeowner. One house is in Minneapolis proper with city lots and sidewalks. I have a pretty standard walk-behind snowblower, and I do my best to not only maintain my own property, I take care of the street-facing sidewalk and a couple of neighbors that I have good relationships with. I also do small sections of the alley to help keep it passable, though I understand that the city is not amenable to that, and that some of the neighbors are getting upset because they think I'm piling snow against their garages (I'm not) and they're having water intrusion. There are also more complaints about the engine noise, but I strongly suspect that is coming from apartment dwellers and renters. That's a whole 'nother issue. I'd like to replace the snowblower with something more like a plow, or a bucket that can push or move the snow, but I'm not overly wanting to spend the deep-pocket money for something like a Dingo. The second house is a recent inheritance up in the Bemidji area. Right now I'm continuing the service that my Mom had that handles the basic plowing and lawn care, and that's been running in the $250-ish per month category. We're currently looking at keeping that property instead of selling, and with some desire to do some more in-depth landscaping, I'm starting to consider something beefier than a garden tractor that can handle some slopes (the house is on the river and the bank isn't overly friendly). While I'd like your advice and wisdom, I think I'm more complaining and jealous.
Sorry to hear about that pay loss Stanley! That sneaky behavior will follow them around for quite a while! Rather you will be compensated in many other positive ways and great experience bud👏keep looking onward bud👊

Too bad they can't make them less easier to steal....but then they would probably just break it instead. Hate thieves, and equipment bandits. Thanks for sharing Stan.
$400 for the machine to retread versus the cost of replacing the tires sooner sounds like an excellent investment to reduce some Financial loss or liability! Congratulations on the anniversary and the new Kubota! Go get em and God bless!

We need "all" the videos. Kabota, tracks, tires, and maybe some donuts
Like your thinkin 👊
Let's see Sam make the magic happen on those tires and tracks!
Yeeehaw you got it bud!
Good to see Alex feeling better
Hes a tough one to keep down.
Stan, i know you and the boys gotta have some trail cameras kicking around, maybe point them at the equipment overnight?
A head to head video with the loaders
Would like to see those dirt tracks grooved up!
you bet- More to come.
That little machine did not give a duck about all that snow
Gotta love it 😁
Plowing has given you 21years of happiness
Grooving dirt tracks
Too bad they can't make them less easier to steal....but then they would probably just break it instead. Hate thieves, and equipment bandits. Thanks for sharing Stan.
I have had 4 bobcat doors stole but no other doors on other equipment. weird. Its just on bobcats
$400 for the machine to retread versus the cost of replacing the tires sooner sounds like an excellent investment to reduce some Financial loss or liability!
Congratulations on the anniversary and the new Kubota!
Go get em and God bless!
LOL I was married on my birthday, beat that for remembering.....:) Hopefully we are done with snow here in C IL, sick of it and we do not get anywhere close to the snow we used to get thankfully, unless you are still in the snow business.........Always enjoy the videos Stan, having all those tools/toys to play with and choose from, must be nice.....15:21 the front tires were off the ground....so.......
Hi Stan,Ithink those hdydolic driven machines will not last as long as the stright gear driven ones..I guess it's ok if you keep treading them in every few years.
I really like the new machine that thing is a beast in the snow. I don't think there's anything that could stop it.
So much more powerful than I originally thought it would be.
Let’s see you groove the tracks
Definitely want to see the track grooving video.
Sounds like a plan, stay posted
