How to make basic Indian yellow gravy .
ingredients-:
Onion 5 kg
Cashew nut 500 gm
Melon seeds 500 gm
Oil 1 liter
Bay leaf 8 - 10
Cinnamon 4-5 1inchs
Black cardamom 8-10
Green cardamom 12-15
Cloves 12-15
Curd 500 gm
Ginger Garlic paste 5 tablespoon
Turmeric 2 tablespoon
Red chill powder 1 tablespoon
coriander powder 3 tablespoon
cummin powder 2 tablespoon
Tomato puree 500 gm
Salt to taste
