    If it is pre-set to espresso (40ml) and lungo (110ml) and i change the settings won't it affect the taste?
    What's the limit? For example for espresso how much ml higher can it go? And what are your suggestions ?

    • @nespresso
      @nespresso  Před 3 lety +3

      We recommend enjoying each capsule according to its recommended serving size: Espresso at 1.35 ounces and Lungo at 3.75 ounces. You can add more water and you are correct in that it will impact the taste.

    • @TheKentaurion
      @TheKentaurion Před 2 lety +3

      It will of course be more dilluted, the more you let it flow. I often use a espresso capsule for making my lungos. Feel they give a bit more taste. Can also be adeau to that espresso coffee is usually stronger/harder roasted. The only way to know is to try it yourself. No one knows your taste better than You!
      Good luck and many tasteful cups!

    Hi , didnt you press espresso button for a lungo? Coz your hand was on espresso button when you’re filling it up. So just confused which is rite one for Lungo?

    • @nespresso
      @nespresso  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Hi, Supreet. The button with the smaller cup icon is espresso; the larger cup icon, lungo. To program the desired amount for an espresso, or create a .85oz ristretto, press and hold the espresso button until the desired amount is poured. Do the same for a lungo.

      The temperature isn't adjustable but it can help increase the temperature if you let the machine warm up for a few minutes before you begin brewing.

    I don't get it... I press the espresso button (40ml) longer, in order to make a lungo one? Only this button changes the settings?
    If I press the lungo button (110ml), and as soon at it finishes I repress it once more and repress it to stop after , will that impact the taste?

    • @nespresso
      @nespresso  Před 10 měsíci

      Hi there, when programming the Espresso Button this can be done to reach up to 110ml this will affect the overall taste of the coffee giving it a less intense taste. You can also program the Lungo button to produce more coffee than 110ml and this will have the same effect. Many thanks.
