    This is VERY important stuff! It's mind-boggling to me how many doctors have told me I don't need a blood test unless I have an illness. We have to take our health into our own hands 🌿

      100%! But it’s not always their fault either. The system will literally fine them tens of thousands if they don’t follow suit.🙄

    I would glad pay, if I could (fine) a Blood Test Counselor. Who could break down the majority parts, of the chart.
    Most doctors spent less than 30 seconds if any, explaining it to their client. I would GLADLY, get a blood test yearly, and be more relax. If I could COUNT on a person to explain it to me, my blood test. Even if it was just giving me opinions. On what steps I should consider to improve my body. A place where I can set down and be shown opinions. Be treated with a little respect. There are millions of people in America, who needed to stay in shape. Like Truck drivers, Police and Firer personnel.
    Mind, and body fit, so they can keep their employment.

    I will pay out of pocket, if I can count on the the people, to break it down, not just toss it aside. When I'm working, I have little free time. Like the the millions, of people that go to work daily. A blood test, need to be thoroughly explain, so you can take the steps to improve the next test.

      Consider this a place, where people come in yearly to get their Blood test chart look at, by people ABLE to give opinions and some referrals. THAT, all million of people just need.

    Really interesting! I have only had one doctor (And she was fairly young & so recently out of school) pay any attention to low or high normal's. In fact, most of the time even things that are a little high they have just said, oh, that's not That high, don't worry about it. Maybe the lab tests are different here though.

    Hi Madison, can high testosterone and DHEAS levels be the cause of cystic hormonal acne and hirtuism? Would love to know if you had high levels of these hormones when you had severe acne and if you took any western medication along with the holistic lifestyle approach? Thanks for this great and very informative video!

    • @MadisonDohnt
      @MadisonDohnt  Před 4 lety +3

      Hi Divya! Glad you enjoyed it! 100% they are! I haven’t had my free testosterone levels tested (not sure why my doctor didn’t put them on there) but I plan to request that test in my next one! Also I do talk about that I have high DHEAS in my video and that, along with an ultrasound, is what showed I have pcos. I recommend watching my PCOS criteria video and if you have high levels of these hormones it may be an idea to ask your doctor for an ultrasound to see if you have PCOS. Regardless of the ultrasound if you have irregular periods and high levels of these hormones you technically have pcos anyway. Something to look into. Good luck! 😊

      It will, but there is a test for that. They check for THC, if you are a chronic user, can stay up to 30 days inn your body fluids. Occasional user 3days usually but can stay in your hair upto 90 days if chronic user.
