I see the word "underrated" as "underpaid", are you underpaid or never told the work you do is appreciated (validation and recognition)?
@lowochi wouldn't say underpaid,.the pay is really good depending the company you work with (for some it can be one time gig or contract) we just do ALOT of the work and make sure everything runs as everything is intended. There's alot of communication with other departments too when it comes to getting things done like rigging, tech, what time and how fast we get our shit gets done before LX or AX gets to do their stuff done.
@lowochi plus alot of people don't really know much about our technical work. You go to a concert or an event and you just go there to have fun and that's it. But no one ever says "how does this place ever gets made?" Also our line work never gets advertised which is weird. I never intended to work as tech crew but somehow I just landed it cause I was curious to work in events, now it's my new niche career where I get to learn rigging, loading, working with other crew and etc.

This was honestly the best OTV Christmas video of all time in my Opinion. Its cool to watch OTV get weird/hilarious presents from people, but this kind of video just touches ones soul. You cant prove that it happed, cause it definitely did not not happen, but I might have even shed a tear at one point. That Lauren girl was so cool by the way. And Dunois should really get some help for his video editing drug addiction. Hahaha. In the end, Toast got the only Christmas gift he couldnt just buy... recognition. I think this was the best secret santa to date. It's fun to watch the OTV members open gifts from eachother, but getting to know the staff behind OTV and just how emotional and grateful they were for their gifts made this one of the best ones.

This was probably my favorite secret Santa video. It was so wholesome. The staff are all so amazing and such hard workers, and it was great to see their reactions. (Amanda don't worry! I was crying a bit too!) When doing a group channel like this, I can imagine how much the OTV cast relies on and appreciates their staff and it was so nice to see.
