The campus that Apple bought in Rancho Bernardo is the current HP site. HP owned the site in the past, but sold it many years back and has been renting the site. They just signed another 5 year lease on that site so it will be a long time before Apple actually moves in and takes over the entire property. However, there are other buildings on the site that Apple could begin to occupy. Apple is currently located across the street from this site that they purchased. I am wondering if they will do something like they did in Cupertino where they bought yet another HP property, tore the whole thing down, and built that mega spaceship looking headquarters.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they did level and rebuild into something futuristic
