_The trigeminal nerve
-is the part of the nervous system responsible for sending pain, touch and temperature sensations from your face to your brain. It's a large, three-part nerve in your head that provides sensation. One section called the mandibular nerve involves motor function to help you chew and swallow.

_Yìn Táng | 印堂 | 인당 | Hall Of Impression
-Midway between the medial ends of the two eyebrows.
-Headache, head heaviness, epistaxis, rhinorrhea, infantile convulsion, frontal headache, insomnia.

_functions:
1. Calms spirit and reduces pain (general pain, headeache, insomnia).
2. Benefits the nose (nasal congestion, bleeding nose, rhinorrhea).
3. Coarses wind (infantile convulsion).

_needle method:
Insert needle subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion can be used.

-Headache, Dispels wind (twitching eyelid, nasal congestion). Brighten eyes (blurred vision, redness, swelling). Opens the nose.

-Headache, eye diseases, deviation of the eyes and mouth. Courses wind and dissipates heat. Invigorates channel, reduces pain. Good point for trigeminal neurolgia.

Why do you needle every patient and every point with Yin needle (steel)? You should use Yang (copper wire) needles in some cases. Or you have other theory?

What size needle was used for Yintang
