Damn. I know we do it to ourselves to an extent, but you're helping me see the dots and where they come from and thus the ability to do something about it.
My real father was never here, he left, was absent, and as you said in reflection of that I'M very absent, very wary, very withdrawn. I can literally feel my inner father going 'oh no, I can't parent you, I can't be here.' ALL of the time.
And then on the other side of that my adoptive father is vindictive, hateful, cruel, a drain, and he told me ever since I was a child that everything is my vault. He blames his wife leaving on little not even in the double digits me. Every time I'd get bullied in school, hurt, even as a teen when I was SA'd, he'd say 'what did you do?' Or 'well I'm sure you ran your mouth or did something to provoke it.' He was critical of me at every angle, and the areas he supports me in, I just can't seem to support myself in.
I'd blame myself for EVERYTHING. I'm just now only leaving that cycle, and it's the hardest mountain to climb. I don't know when it clicked, but one day this year I just realized he was my mirror and I was his. We'd just ricochet the same nasty hate off the glass at each other, push all each other's buttons, and continuously escalate until I broke first every single time in a nuclear mess.
I've been my own second biggest critic. Maybe even subtly my first biggest critic, because if I didnt believe him, I wouldnt feel so disassociated.
I can't wait to heal that energy this year.
As a man who never met his father and never had a paternal figure in his life, I found myself in a position to have to explore the "father" as an archetype to heal from that trauma. It has taken me decades to explore this inner territory, to stand in the ephemeral light of the energy of The King. A book that helped me generate a framework for contemplation of the Masculine psychology through archetypal energy is "King, Warrior, Magician, Lover" by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette. It is important not to demonize the Father, but to understand the wounds that have poisoned his essence. That is the only way we can perceive the unity of the masculine and feminine energies within ourselves and our culture to become whole.
Such things take years. Keep doing the work, brother.

Luckily I already taught myself the past 3 years on how to see the positive in everything in life. Whenever something negative comes up I always try to see the good ir reason for it.

Sooo with regard to the patriarchal, 'christian' god the father: I was in a doomsday christuian cult for 8 years. They also believe in heavenly mother as God so there is also a wound there! I am so thankful to have your videos here to help me to heal from this terrible psychological trauma and help me to get back to my witchy roots :) Due to being highly controlled and regimented and my energy stolen in huge quantities for years, I am now in a stage of conserving my energy overprotectively. I am scared of being tired because I was forced to overwork myself to the point of exhaustion for so long, I have no concept of what healthy energy expenditure is and it causes me to be incredibly inactive 😢 I am in Australia so now is summer. There are some good things happening and it is amazing to see how powerful my rituals are 💓
I was blessed with a very loving, supportive father. I see my relationships with lovers, male friends and coworkers have been beautiful because of the lack of resentment I have for men. I wish I could give away some of the love I have for the divine masculine to people who haven’t had a loving and supportive father. Good men can appear bad through your lens of resentment.

I saw a MASSIVE dragon cloud the other day! It was a beautiful sunny day here in Tennessee and holy cats there appeared a HUGE dragon in all its glory. Beautiful from head to toe and it showed me its presence for quite awhile until it disappeared. It was amazing.

Thought - of a painful love - thought came and it went
Thought - be strategic with money.. ultra smart decisions
Thought - about my sons schooling - he is behind because of some bad situations
Thought - acknowleged the stress on my shoulders, in my arms, shoulders, in my chest
Thought - acknowledged the trembling upper body/ core while I took deep breaths
Thought - Gratitude toward Mia
Thought - tragedy - fighting for my life - life and death - uncaring doctors - busted hip and elbows
Thought - end of breathwork session - enter meditation - see golden light third eye - painful love returned -- tears rolled down my face at my inner purity and sincere soul and I said outloud - LET THAT GO. END SESSION
It is FREEZING HERE - at least a foot of snow since last night and I did not feel cold sitting on my front porch soaking in all the beauty during this session that I was NOT going to do this morning but thank you to Mia I went out and did it anyway and I cannot thank Mia ENOUGH for EVERY SINGLE THING over the last few years

I paused the video at 11:31 and am taking my self out to my porch in the freezing cold.. snow everywhere to go do my breathwork because i was going to skip it today. I skipped it yesterday because i woke up with a headache feeling like a bus hit my face wondering if i was getting a flu/cold etc. Today -- no excuse.

One question. How is it that you and I have the EXACT SAME father!?!?! 🤭
My father was/is a hyper critical, Saturn arch type, litigator. And I, like you, have aligned with goddess/wiccan/pagan energy since I was a teenager (many decades). My saving grace is that I’m a Cap-Aquarius(cusp) with a Cap rising and Aquarius moon so I understand that strict, structured, Saturn energy.
(BTW my super strict lawyer dad is also a Pisces. We never got away with anything no matter how well we covered our tracks 😂)
