Ordered a pretty expensive bottle of cologne, but realized I accidentally purchased the wrong one (they had a similar name). Called customer care and to see if I could just do an exchange and the person told me they couldn’t guarantee but send a picture and fill out a return authorization form. They sent me an email pretty quickly. I did what they asked but didn’t hear back for about 4 days. Called and they said they can’t take it back. I really like MFK products (this was my 3rd purchase, and I was going to make another based on one of the samples I liked) but not being able to exchange is unfair and essentially more than $300 down the drain. For me, that isn’t a small sum of money. I’m sure this isn’t a big deal since you all do make objectively good products but you lost a potentially long time customer.

I Completely Agree. I received Masculine Pluriel as a Christmas gift. I wanted to return and I sent It back to France but (Perfume has alcohol and It is considered a dangerous object) the custom service stopped It, and sent it back to Spain.
I asked them for any help (via mail and international call), and they told me that I only had 14 days to do it, and they ignored me.
Sincerely, customer care made me hate the brand. And I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything for their website. Any other shop that has this brand is going to treat you better, if something goes wrong.

After selling this brand to LVMH group, scent quality is getting worse. I have 2023 batch Gentle Fluidity Silver and 2022 batch Oud Satin Mood Edp they're not powerful like old batches anymore.
