This company does not refund your money nor do they reply to emails and phone calls. The BBB gave them an F! They deserve a ZERO for a review! Their customer service does not even have management in the same building as they have to “forward” your info to someone else! Never buy from them!
I am having the same problem! They have had my return for 3 weeks and I call and email and nothing! No one responds or calls you back or refunds your account!
