Nordon la, Tashi Delek, There are different types of headache but most common one are related to Tripa. First you have to avoid many food like no alcohol, Coffe, chocolate, strong cheese, yogurt, pork meat, Sausages, eggs, reddish, fatty foods, banana, mango, mayonnaise, fast food, deep fried food etc. All bitter taste vegetables like Karela, bitter salads, fruits, will help. Avoid contact with hot sun, busy crowded noisy places. Treatments with Tibetan medicine I think - Gurkyung in Morning Sertik in Lunch and Agar 15 or 20 in Evening for few months. Will not help taking one, two weeks. I just share my experiences. If possible check with Tibetan doctors.

My name is Lhatso I live in Belgium, i have big problem in my eyes. I was here in Belgium since 2009 . When I live in India, i don't have any problem, I went lots of special eye's doctors in Belgium, but they can't do nothing and they told me i have ( dust allergies in my eyes ) most doctor told me i need to take pills every day so Do you have any special advice without take pills ? thanks very much Sir
