Also, one small suggestion. My elders used to do. Wash kariveppilai and dry it. After drying, along with dhania you can roast kariveppilai also. It will come out very crispy
Veralli manjal is an important ingredient in Tanjavur Sambar powder which you have skipped. Don't know the reason. Otherwise recipe is good. Another 250 gms chilli can be added too if you are not using kundu milagai. Kundumilagai only brings excellent colour to Sambar.

Normal sambar powder only fry with oil all the things, this sambar powder do the steps shown in the video.. then only get unique taste..
