How to speedrun Black Edition challenge:
When you start the event, try to turn around and head to the stadium and make sure you demolish all of the SUV Heavy vehicles then find a hiding spot.

Ive done that for just 4th try cause when you get blocked on all way you will get caught

This Challenge Was Easy Did It In About a Minute. The Stadium Has The Best Pursuit Breakers for This Challenge.

I easily did it in less than 3 minutes the SUVs self destroy themselves you get huge chunks of bounty and then I just escaped by going to stadium.

If I buy Need For Speed: Most Wanted for Xbox One even though it’s for Xbox 360, will it start to download or will it make me take it out and return the game back to GameStop?

If you buy the game, you should be able to play it on any platform that it's available on. I'm on PC, but Xbox should also work if I'm not mistaken. The best way would also be to Google check to confirm.
