Nice Video.... I would like to add one more formula for this Stick which will be cost effective as well as there will be no risk of Burning issue. Hope it will be helpful.
1: 1 KG T1 Powder
2: Joss Powder: 250gm
3: Orange or any desired colour (always use Industrial Grade Color pigments not Food colors): 10gm Only
4: Burning Powder: 25-30gm Only
5: Water 1000 gm
Note: While using Calcium Powder no doubt finishing will be good but it will give burning issue if you don't mix it well. In Mosquito Agarbatti it's a really bad sign if ur agarbatti give burning issue. No matter how much Burning powder you will add it will give Burning issue once you dip it. If you prefer to use Calcium powder then use very less I prefer not using it.
If we will add no Calcium or less calcium then the Burning powder consumption will be very less if you add more Burning powder it will increase costing as well as the Ash of the agarbatti will turn black it looks very odd.
Regarding colour try using good quality colour and try to use file powder based colour not grained colour it will create color bleeding in your stick. Second thing is if you will less colour then the smell will be good using more colour will give a chemical burning smell. In my case I am using only 10gm not more than that with pure T1 and Joss it's giving bright shiny colour.
As Manish Ji said always Mix all powder material properly then add your water to it....
The above formula I am making in 3.0 die bottom line gap is 3 to 3.5" My counting coming approx 800+ in New die or used die counting 750+ No burning issue long burning, no after dipping burning or burning issue by fan... it will burning nicely... Dipping ratio is 330 to 350gm in my case.
Sir, how to neutralize the smell of raw stick. Please share your experience to improve quality of agarbatti smell.
