My airpods dont connect. During my charge the light turns green throughout the charge. When I unplug the lightning cable the light goes off and only after I press the the button behind the pods does the green light appear again. Only for it to go off again after a few seconds. Even when I try to force reset the light doesn’t turn white for it to pair. I’m frustrated. Any help?
Ambrose Gyasi bro, It sounds like a hardware problem, if your charging light is not changing to while charging or resetting it can be a problem with AirPods Case. You need to repair it.😊

Have any one else have this problem when I did forget my device on of my AirPods showing 0 and case was at 50 so I don’t know what my AirPods battery is even I went to a android device and my AirPods did not pop up.

I just cleaned the inside and the metal connection on the pods themselves and it started charging again and was able to pair.
This is the 2nd time apple had to replace my airpod pros I just got a new set and case two days ago, NOTHING but problems over 300.00s and twice I am stuck in pairing mode and major charging issues where it doesn't even show up parable on any device. I am very frustrated that these are BRAND NEW and soo faulty.... From someone who is a certified computer technician and ran all the standard diagnostics this is alarming!

Put on charger and hold the reset button on the back and it should pop up it worked for me just now
