One quick question - How about Savio’s 22-23 Finest Flashback UEFA SP card? I think that’s also a rookie. And there’s the 22-23 Topps paper “PSV Prodigies” card with Savio and Simons. Seems to at least be “rookie material” if not a true RC card for Savio.
My 2 favorites are Mainoo and Yamal. Both have maturity on the pitch beyond their years and are fun to watch

Bradley Barcola has got only 2 rookie cards with the Lyon’s jersey, he played for Lyon only 6 months at the end of 2022/23 season then got bought by PSG.
Those 2 cards of Barcola playing for olympique Lyon are easy to find but not easy to grade PSA10 🤫
This is who I went with. Most cards where under 15 Dollars. The only ones I paid a little more for where some autos

I went for mostly numbered cards rather than just standard RC
I sold all my Guler rookies in past month. price point is good fro selling
Only buy strikers (rc) cards, only guys that score alot of goals!
The best way to do this I feel is to find the players that have good seasons outside the top 6 leagues that have the potential to move to a big European club. This is very difficult to do but I think it can be done.
I think the true Guler rookies are actually the Mythos cards
I like the way you were thinking. I’m a big fan of statistics question and I’m not sure if you covered it in another video but how are you figuring out what the print runs of the rookies are?
Thanks for the great prospecting video. I agree with your picks! My guess is next year’s installment of this video could include some of the South Americans featured in the recent 23-24 Donruss set, as the players at the South American clubs will have limited rookies. The other recent development in prospecting might be the “First Bowman” cards in some Topps club sets - if any of those guys break out.
For what it’s worth, Savio has finest flashbacks rookies (and refractors for the Europa league extended set - of which his are a part) are one-per-case.
Bobby clark is the best value rookie imo , his autos are like 3 $
Always enjoy the way you look at the market. How do you think Guler and Savio having the RC logo in select la liga? I feel people may prefer him in the Mardrid kit even though its a 1 year later product.
I think it's complete BS, that Panini is allowed pull that trick. I hope most collectors understand that, those cards are NOT for me.
@@SoccerCardsRC i agree it's silly. But from an investing standpoint would or will this change your decision in likes of Guler and Savio. Who both could still have more rookies in fifa select and copa america prizm both in international kits. This will obviously effect value of the true rookies.
@@pauly117900 No, I think the smart money and the people looking to buy top 100 cards understand that card to get for Savio & Guler.

If I had to buy a Yamal RC - it would be a Kaboom, but man are the expensive now.

I’ve been a Manchester United fan for about 15 years and Kobe mainoo is the best prospect Ive seen in like 10 years so I picked up two of his cards. Rasmus is okay and garnacho is over hyped imo but Kobe is an absolute baller.

Yamal is too good not to hold any of his cards at all - I’ve picked up both of his Panini Megacracks (Master Rookie and 108BIS base card) in a PSA 10. Reasonably priced and undoubtedly his true rookies.
Panini have have just flooded the market with Yamal and Endrick cards my goodness.
