If someone asked me for the first time "what does a Nike shoe look like!" i would show them these. Perfect balance of sport, casual and comfort. What a great looking shoe!
exactly. good style marks, and a great balanced mix of values/features.
Been looking for a new pair of shoes to work in. Used to have an older pair of Pegasus a few years ago. Definitely going to grab a pair based off of your review. Thanks Hes Kicks for putting out amazing reviews for years and years!
I have been waiting for this review ty
I just did 21 kilometres in the Pegasus 41 which was half trail and half road.. I got so many compliments before the run. They are so comfortable.. For daily wear, they are amazing. I am a lover of adidas ultraboost, but this is a perfect blend between squishy and firm.. they will be my new daily shoe over adidas ultra boost.. and I have 10 pairs of ultraboosts so that says a lot..
Have you tried the Infinity's? Curious of what you'd think of them. I've been in the Infinity's for some time and now trying the pegasus.
@@stevenxphillips as a whole, the shoe didn’t feel stable enough for me. Only fitted it on in the shops.. This is extremely important for someone like me who has sprained both ankles from sport. So Pegasus feels better and more stable.. so I cant give a fully valid comment on the infinity’s..
UB have fallen into a rabbit hole
Genuinely thought your hair style was just baseball cap 😂😂😂
🤣😭🤣
😂😂😂
Me personally I’ve tried them and I’m not a fan. They feel stiff and very low to the ground. I just brought the Vomero 17 and I love them so far. Maybe I will try them again in the future
I have that exact pair the foam is stiff for a while but you need 50 miles or so and it finally softens up
Pegasus has been pretty clutch lately. I have their gore tex pair for hiking and they are so comfortable.
The only person I wanted to review these
As someone who has these its funny how you compress the dog shit out of every shoe, for most of us we dont get nearly enough "squish" 😂
Hes weighs 450 pounds minimum
He purposely does ankle break/roll to show how soft the foam is😂
i have a nike gift card. Been debating the peg 41 or the new sabrina 2 that comes next week. I've read lots that the sabrina is super snug fitting. I have a wide foot and at this point i'm more interested in comfort than heat so I think i'm gonna have to go with the pegasus. My feet are hurting from wearing j4's and whatnot all the time.
Please review On Cloudtilt! Would love to hear your thoughts on this shoe
I just returned some Vomero 17’s. I don’t see how anyone can draw a comparison between those and the Peg 41’s. Yet I keep seeing it?
Vomeros didn’t feel balanced at all. Like I was standing on a trampoline and if I shifted weight to my heels it made me sick to my stomach. Hurt my ankles too.
Peg 41’s are perfect for me at 5’7 160. Firm enough to feel balanced but surprisingly softer than I expected by 10-15%.
Honestly they felt perfect to me as soon as I put them on I was like okay this good for everything body weight exercise related.
Also I normally wear a 8.5 and with a sock on the widest part of my foot is 4.1-4.2” depending on the socks.
The 8.5 regular size (non wide) fit me very good.
I have one pair of Pegasus 39s and I tell you what, for the price they are awesome. I bought mine on sale for like $70 and they are right up there in comfort with my Infinity Reacts and some of my NB comfort shoes. Best of all is these shoes are always on sale for around $70 - $90 which is an awesome deal for a really comfy pair of shoes. Also I do still have a brand new pair of original Pegasus Turbos that I haven't worn yet. I should probably wear them so the foam doesn't disintegrate like what happens on some Nikes and all Jordans.
Definitely picking up a pair of these guys. *IMPATIENTLY* waiting for the Pegasus Trail 5 GTX
Would love an upto date most comfortable trainers from a cushioned sole point of view. I've just tried the 1080v13 and whilst underfoot feeling was fabulous I found the toebox so tight over the top of my toes! So weird, never had that before. Not the midffot, not the width, almost like the volume or depth of toe box was too little, it pressed down very uncomfortably, but I think it's just me as yet to see reviews complaining about this. Gutted as the sole felt fab. Thanks for a great video as always.
big fan of ZoomX line of Nike shoes. however, since getting the Peg Trail 5 and Peg 41, I have noticed that structural support lacks on all zoomx models. yes the new Vomero's are plushier, but the Peg Trail and 41 have more day-to-day support. particularly for daily/casual wearers and anything involving turns when running.
That exact issue pushed me to try FreshFoam from NB, and I haven’t looked back. Way more support in a similar cushion.
Can you do a comparison video on this VS the NB Fuel Cell Rebel V4 - something I'd be very interested in seeing.
You're a creative genius! 🎨 - "Believe you can and you're halfway there.."
Actually, I'd be. VERY interested in seeing a comparison of several different
Price points..... I think you have enough models & it would be fun for you as well.....
The reactx breaks down fairly quickly from my running. I’d say around 40 miles the reactx has lost a tiny bit of responsiveness but has softened up and has a lot more squish now.
Yeah its a really good looking model.
Need that florida marlins colorway
Have you tried the brooks ghost max ? How would it compare to this ?
How does the midsole (peg 41) compare to the infinity run 4 and the adizero sl 2
I'm going to wait for the new Turbo's .
How do these compare to the InfinityRN? I really wanted to like those but they were too heavy and they actually hurt my feet on longer walks. The Vomero 16s and 17s give me the right amount of cushion.
these remind me of my air max iii laser blues a little bit
Would love to see Pegasus 41 vs Nimbus 26 vs Rebel V4
Like to see you compare peg 41 vs rebel v4 vs vomero 17
I really like these but never paying that price, maybe half that
this is almost perfect performance shoes in 2024. i hope next years they upgrade outsole more thick more durability for city runner is fine is good, for village boy like me run on small rock outsole gone very fast when i reach to waterfalls feel unsafe. other brands same problem too
Do these have a stability plate in the heel like the 39s/40s? I loved my 38s but the plate in the 40s ruined them for me, was never able to break them in enough go wear all day
These over the new balance rebel v4? I need a comfortable shoe for work, my dawgs are killing me😢
What happened to your sneaker wall backdrop?
Hes is the sneaker wall alright
Hes speaks only the truth!
Goes well with a pair of Jeans
Time to get an all black version so i can wear them to work, like i gave for the last four pairs lmao
They look good.
I own a lawn ser and work 6-7days a week. I put in about 80-90hrs/week. Is there a shoe you would recommend? Thanks
Hoka
@GabrielHakulin That's the #1 shoe I've been told I just can't say I like em very much. Might be time I just say screw it and buy a pair
You need some boots! Something like thorogood or red wings.
@@sdubg8981Brooks Ghost Max
@jonathangibson6648 I walk a lot, trimming, blowing, push mowing etc. Tried the boots and didn't like
Nice 👍🏼
Wait, did you run in these yet?
Isn’t it similar to the Infinity RN 4?
Nope!
Fuck it I’m buying them and I’ll update here. Mainly want them for daily jump rope and casual shoe I can go out in.
compare to rebel fuelcell v4 please
Rebel V4 vs. Pegasus
The premium peg is what Im curious about .
That's just different colors.
@@LuisRamos-qw1gjnah, it has a full length zoom unit. Out in 2025 apparently
@antgod4444 yes! They look very interesting. These 41s are good though. I've got the same colorway He's reviewed.
Can you wear these for every day used or just for running?
Buy the Infinity 4, more cushion, softer and a premium upper compared to the peg. With luck you can find them at Nike factory 50% to 60% discount.
Yes they are very much everyday sneakers.
Vomero 17 more comfortable
Nike structure are also very good sneakers that fly under the radar.
@@LuisRamos-qw1gjyes but infinit 4 is hella narrow and tight in the toe area 😢
I want Collab with you
Better than the NB 1080 or Asics Nimbus?
Nope!
Not even close
Vomero 17, adizero SL2 all softer and better
Softer isn't always better, can cause heel fatigue, @@gogigp
SL 2 or Pegasus 41?
Sl2, especially for running. 41 just and only maybe better looking
Vs Clifton 9s
This is an air max 93 og colorway
I loved air max 93 i had black ones way back
I love them but they seem to get dirty just for watching them
Where are all the comfortable sneakers that aren't running shoes with high heel to toe drops
That’s what I’m looking for and have you looked at lems? They have a few pair that’s cool even know they are barefoot shoes but those two shoes don’t look like it they have but if you find some let me know please because I be on my feet all day on concrete in a hospital.
You have to search for walking shoes. I’ve been looking too. Tbh I’m thinking about just going with an old Skool cup sole sneaker & just adding a comfort insole.
Or a sleek skate shoe with a thick rubber outsole for shock absorption & a comfort insole for long days standing
@@views4rmthasix596 yes I been looking at a low top vans with a insole like you said. I notice when I was younger all I would wear was the low top Reeboks so I never really did wear a high to toe drop shoes until I probably got in my twenties and now that I’m 41 a low drop shoe you can definitely feel and tell the difference between the two because if I wear a higher heel drop shoe I feel it more in my knees and my walking gait be all off
they suck they need more zoom X .react helps lower end shoes
Lost interest for Pegasus line, all other brands are doing better jobe. Even own NIKE vomero is a better shoe. All thats left is the looks for Pegasus maybe
The quality is always the same or worse and the prices rise, the foam on the forefoot is thin and now there are dozens of brands and better shoes. Nike continues to live on some overrated model’s
How the hell do you get sneakers that dirty in three days? 🤢🤢🤢🐷
Your size is 9.5? Jesus, youre a big guy and 9.5 only? Haha.
Wfececevdv4gdd
My God, they look like one of those old big shoes for disabled people with a short leg!
Or maybe Elevator Shoes for short men ??
I wonder how anyone can run in this ridiculous looking shoes??😅
I'm surprised more people don't twist their ankles in Nikes. The heel is always so narrow my ankle wants to roll just trying them on
*says this while probably owning Hoka clown shoes.
