Liverpool isn't even the worst city for poverty anymore. Middleborough, Manchester and areas of the West Midlands all suffer with higher levels of poverty and income deprivation than Merseyside (albeit Liverpool is still high on the list).
Secondly, thanks to the Tories, poverty and hunger is not limited to one city or region. And if you seriously take pleasure in mocking poverty or people being unable to feed themselves, then you're a scumbag.

And if that's not enough clues for you, then you could also look at a map and look for the big city with "Sheffield" written on it. 😂😂
