-1 kg chicken boneless in Cubes
- curd/yoghurt/Dahi 1/4 cup / 4 tbl spn
- gram flour/Besan 1 tbl spn heaped
- ginger garlic paste 2 tbl spn
- Green chilli paste 2 tea spn
- oil 4 tbl spn
- lemon juice 2 tbl spn
- kachri powder/kacha papeeta 1 tea spn
(if mutton or beef, then add 2 table spn )
Black pepper powder 1 tea spn
cumin powder 1 tea spn
garam masala/allspice powder 1 tea spn
turmeric 1/2 tea spn
orange colour 1/4 tea spn
salt 2 tea spn or to taste
red chilli powder 2 tea spn
kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tea spn
coriander powder 2 tea spn
red chilli flakes 2 tea spn
special boti kabab masala
kabab chini/tailed pepper 1 tea spn
Green cardamom 6 nos
nutmeg 1/2 piece
Mace 3 flakes
(grind it well then add in chicken )
marinate for 2 hours
