It definitely gets suck in your head that's for sure. Loving the lead character design(especially when she dramatically rises from her pod to that music with the explosion in the background) and the visuals look great when turning off motion blur and settling for 'balanced' mode. Unfortunately, the drab monotone lifeless voice acting and derivative clunky unsatisfying cumbersome boring combat just kills the experience.
I'd rather just play Bayonetta 2, and just listen to Stellar blade's soundtrack and check out some of the cut scenes. :P

Does anyone know the name of the sountrack song that plays near the end of the main playstation walkthrough demo? The one with the female vocals and the best song.
It’s like if Nier Automata, Metal Gear Rising, and Bayonetta had a fusion. Day 1 purchase. I legit just sat in the shop and listened to the music for a good 5 minutes.
Keiichi Okabe is involve with this game music. Time to listen and relax.

Those with a definite influence with Sekiro. It's really impressive how it stays more grounded but does have elements from more action heavy games. I'm very impressed

I said the same thing. This game feels like metal gear rising. It also feels like and looks like a ps3 game. The music in this game is crazy especially when you're fighting the bosses

I know this is the best character modeling since 2b but it's nowhere near goty yet.
As amazing as the demo was, it's going up against Rebirth. And that's going to be tough. Rebirth is a masterpiece in every sense of the word.
Granblue Relink and Rebirth are my GoTY so far. Stellar Blade might complete the trifecta if everything pans out as expected! Regardless, I am soooo ready for it's release!

I am playing the demo right now and i am walking around just to listen to the music such a nier automata influence, I am glad that they are the ones who did this soundtrack because Nier auotomata is one of the best soundtrack for a videogame.
Great music and visuals, but the combat was stupidly clunky, almost delayed and not as kinetic, polished and fluid as i was hoping for me. Voice acting was incredibly dead, mono-tone and lifeless too.

@80sHolic7 Must be something wrong with ur tv or controller, I had literally 0 input delay and the combat felt super smooth and lighting fast. I say this as someone who’s incredibly sensitive to input delay and literally can’t play a game if there’s any input delay
You can't fully use it yet but in the demo's boss mode you can equip 2 speed perks to speed up your melee attacks
In the full game the upgrades will higher than 1 or 2 star ratings

The Latino Spanish,Portugués Brazilian VO were far better,but the original Korean voices are the best for the most obvious reason

The combat actually needs work. Dodges don't work most of the time, game doesn't register blocks/parry, the bosses have a wide hit box, i was far away from the boss and i still got hit, it needs to smoothed out before release.
@@redcrimson1028 that's the reason they launch a demo,for feedbacks they can improve all your suggestions in future updates,you are right in the combat part,looks like need a little adjustment bjt the music,speed and fr are perfect for me
@@redcrimson1028I agree it needs some fine-tuning, but I still had such a blast with it, while trying to improve my skills over time. It's the most fun I've had on my PS5 to date, and one of my favorite demos ever (as someone who's played hundreds on PSN).
Either way, I'm highly impressed with Shift Up's capabilities for their first triple AAA release. I hope the full release meets expectations.

The thing Stellar Blade has as a huge advantage is being Korean and having easier access to all the insanely talented kpop singers and producers.

The OST of this game is like perfect mix between NieR:Automata, Drakengard and the style of music that’ss been popping up with all the new Asian gachas like Tower of Fantasy, Punishing Gray Raven etc…
You have your sad, post-apocalyptic, emotional and evocative Nieresque track, then you have your Drakengard style boss fight, and then you have your beautiful calm and trance ambience music.
You just reminded me of the game that is drakengard 3, I'm going to restart the PS3, I have to thank you for that.

I have had pretty lukewarm impressions of the game up until the demo. I think ultimately the soundtrack sold me on the game after the demo. I am also a big fan of Sekiro and felt some of its design inspiration in the combat. I am skeptical the writing will live up to something like NieR, but if the writing comes even close we could be dealing with a real special game here.

Anyone else get Xenoblade or Fire Emblem Three Houses vibes? Like I swear to God the Eidos 7 overworld theme is literally the three houses battle prep mixed with either the Origin overworld theme for Xenoblade 3 with both games' choral elements mixed in.
Oh and we haven't even gotten to Star descent yet. Like if you told me that it was some unused track in the Xenoblade 3 OST, I would believe it wholeheartedly. I literally can't get enough

It's very similar to KPOP-GirlGroup "Dreamcatcher" I think, it could be the best group for this game.
Dreamcatcher is an amazing group. Their songs are fire lol
not really - their music is more rock geared. This feels very much like video game music in a good way. A lot more EDM elements used

She either has a VERY heavy accent, or it's mostly fake English with some real English sprinkled in. So Koreans doing Korean things. I don't think there's any actual Korean though.
