Do you take permission from the wood log or tree before cutting them, you should say some prayer before cutting each, a small gesture of hands, the wood is the most noble of all materials we use, the trees are centuries old and wise. Please ask before cutting, sure there will be no reply but asking will be good. I am a wood worker but sometimes I feel unhappy when cutting wood.
Very nice of you, l know people of Japan are very careful about such things. God bless you, l have a great regard for trees. We die and turn into nothing. But when the tree loses its life it turns into beautiful things lasting hundreds of years and serving us. My most humble and respectful regards for the trees that give us wonderful materials to make things that are of beauty and usefulness. Thanks Sasada.
