Please try to be zooming a little bit higher with your videos sometimes it’s difficult to see what you are typing especially when you are typing those formulas and functions. We your humble students needs to be seeing without struggling with our eyes what you are inputting on each cell thank you Sir . Thanks for explaining the IF function. I have used = IF(K8:K1000="","1","0") to audit missing data in (blank) cells, that are in a table. In some columns, the formula works, in others it appears the IF function is not executed, because the formula is displayed in the cells instead of the logical argument. I have the same problem with the following formula for bringing a column into another sheet =IF('Main'!HA2="","",'Main'!HA2). I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

Thank you for your knowledge. How can I create a formula for the following: IF data in cell A1 reads BAW-TCH-TIS, how do I have cell B1 equal cell A1, minus the first 4 letters or numbers? For example cell A1 reads BAW-TCH-TIS. Cell B2 should read TCH-TIS. I have 6,000 rows of data that I must remove the first 3 letters and the dash. Any assistnace would be greatly appreciated.
