Thank you for sharing I also have the SCP but I'm running it at 24 volts do you have the settings the numbers for 24 volt for the Schneider SCP for my r Rolls 55o batteries. THANKYOU!!!
On my SCP, the load went from 1400 or less to -4 (furnace, toaster oven, coffee pot, refrigerator). Sometimes the AC1 said from 60 to 1400 depending on what was being used. I don't understand the difference between the load number and the AC1 number. We are tied to the grid. It was in the selling to grid mode. Also, no one has been able to tell me if it is less costly to charge the Chevy Volt when the sun is shining and we are selling to the grid or to program it to charge in the middle of the night. Do the solar panels first go to our own house use before going to the grid? We are actually low energy users. Our system is 3.5 KW and we made 1400 KW extra last year.
weird that the best they could come up was this old-style LCD panel, they should have made touch screens that are easily overviewable (all consumption stats in one place, etc) and you can check these things through bluetooth or wifi not by pushing buttons and looking for stats somewhere under various menus.

I do have a question...My off grid solar system was installed with 2 mppt60150 Schneider controler chargers and 1 conext sw inverter, with 18 solar panels and 16 batteries (Trojan L16e-ac 16v 370ah) 4 x 4 in series and the 4 x 24V in parallel that is a 24V system, my question in the basic settings > in battery capacity how many amps should it show ?
if your L16 batteries are 370ah X 24 volts than you are 8.88kwh . now if you have two banks of them 370 X 2 = 740 ah 0r 740ah X 24 volts = 17,760 watts same as 17,7 kwh now at 50% useable storage you have 8,8 kwh that means you could run a 1000 watt load for 8,8 hours .hope that helps

My unit is on a 48v pack that is 14s Lithium Polymer packs with custom battery menu setup for 57 v top out... however on occasion it will spike output as high as 62v which throws my inverter into a tizzy as its got an over voltage cutoff setting of 60v. How does one prevent the random overvoltage situation when we have great sunshine on our input PV array? Also I know there is a new firmware avail as my unit is older. How does on. Update that?
great video. i just moved some charge controllers and i have 2 problems. 1. i can only turn ON this device plugging it to the inverter connection and not to the charge controller. 2. Great video. I have a couple of questions. I have an off grid 12v system powered by 3 325w modules, with 4 rolls 6v AGM 460AH batteries wired series/parallel in two banks. I’m using a Schneider MPPT 60 150 charge controller and a Magnum 2000w inverter. The company I bought it from programmed all the settings and said I shouldn’t have to mess with them. Anyways, while checking my settings, I realized in the custom battery settings that they have the capacity set at 400AH shouldn’t it be set at 1840AH (460x4)? Is it possible they set these parameters cause I’m using a relatively small Honda 2000w generator to charge the system when the suns not out? I have the bulk voltage set at 14.7v, Absorption at 14.9v, and float at 13.8v. Max Absorption time is 480 minutes and recharge volts are 12.5v. Do these numbers seem to add up for my system. Thanks for your help!
Is there a battery voltage parameter? Seems the batteries charge up to 55 volts when charged with the generator but don’t get past 52.5v on solar. Any help is appreciated
Re BattTempCom setting : you note in the video that for a RollS S-550 the value should be -120mV and that this is included in the rolls spec. When I read the Rolls documents for the S-550 it says "Temperature Compensation: -4mV/°C/cell" . By my math this 24Cells @ -4mV = -96mV /°C. How am i misunderstanding this part of your video and could you provide a little additional info to help set me straight on how you arrived at that number?. Thanks
I bought 8 lithium 12v 200 ah batteries, when it comes to BATT CAPACITY how is it setup 200 AH or combining all 8 batteries which would og to 1600 batt capacity? Please I also would want to know where to I get the rest of the information for the rest of the setting for thoses batteries since I am replacing 8 12v 200 AH Gel batteries?
most inverter companys all run in the c20 rate , and i like that system best as a off-grid home is living at earth and we have a 24 hour day so than we get 4 hours of sunshine and 20 hours of batt power , hope that helps

well your grid settings are in afew places AC settings. grid support, and a few others , than there is a few thats only accessible from a combox or a gateway
I set up a new Conext system and trying to adjust Bulk charge in for backup charging, the Bulk setting I programmed in would not stay after I moved away from it, kept going back to default. That was the only setting that did that, all others I was able to adjust. Do you have any incite into this issue ?
I am confused about the way you described "Recharge voltage". Since you are totally off grid, as am I, the Recharge voltage really does not apply since there is no grid support or am I interpreting this wrong?
Hello! I am living in The Bahamas with a Conext XW+ system (8 solar panels on the roof) and 8 SOLAR SAGM 06 375 batteries. I was on my SCP just now and in Advanced Settings and changed the "auto config" something feature and my inverter shut off and began to flash. Right now I am unable to turn it on, do you have any advice or can you help? I am very thankful if you can help! Thank you!
I have 4 simpliphi batteries on my system. What should the charge cycle on the mppt 60 be set at? 3stage or 2stagenonfloat. Same with the 4048 inverter. What should the charge cycle be set at. Thank you.
Andi move to the faults and warnings to clear them, FYI warnings will not diable the system unless it happens say five time repetitively over think 15 minutes
please go to the display and go to faults and warnings and view them , you can clear them there also , please record them and send them to your installer or contact me for understanding. hope that helps Camo solar inc

Sorry I missed your question. There is a few things that happen on the scp or any thing and sometimes the best tool to do is did you try turning it off and back on

No lo compre Schneider 4048 no sirve 👎🏽 da error frecuente y si lo tiene desactive el search mode mi experience fue terrible y si no tienes el modulo de internet tendrás problemas de comunicación con la baterias, les recomiendo marcas como SOL ARK esa viene con todo integrado 💪🏼

You have to remember the ah rating gets cut in half every time you double the voltage by wiring in series.

Re-charge or Re-bulk is still on inverter if you have a genset. , and it's on the mppt also
