You can tell that man loves his truck, the way he almost seems to caress the air intake and the way he looks at it while talking. I feel the same way about my 04 ram 1500 5.7 qc. Its my daily so no over the top mods, just JBA shorties, S&B cai, superchips tune and pretty soon a ported tb and an MBRP dual cat back.
My wife often says I love it more than her🤣🤣🤣

Mine has that and more If I could just get the time to put it in. Just got me a stroker kit coming with the same 64 ported manifold, 87 mm tb, American racing long tubes catless, max n/a lope cam, core 4x4, hellwig sway bar, comp ultra pro magnum rocker arms, going to hand port my Eagle heads a bit, stage 5 icon suspension, fan delete, 180 t stat. No if my Laramie wasn’t so damn heavy, surely I can get in the low 12
Kyle, jason, and Asher are all bunch of good guys. I have a whole room of go fast parts from Kyle and Jason. Just need to get them in the single cab that will be coming soon I hope. Kyles truck is scary fast and LOUD.

Jay Greene knows his stuff and knows his cams better than anyone. Had the pleasure of actually talking to him on the phone. He started out a cam designer then became tuner to tune his own cams. Kyle is an inspiration to me. just shows an NA 5.7 ain't no joke if you put some real work into it.

This is a 8 speed. But I did have a nasty 5 speed back in the day!
@@kyletingle7044 Amazing the ZF 8 can handle that. Dodge had a bad rep in the day on transmissions. Fixed.
@@emorypoff7129 its funny because everyone says dodge transmissions are ass when they drive a chevy with a 4l60e lol. I’d take any trans dodge makes over a crappy 4l60e transmission.

This engine is N/A Built Almost 500Hp No NOS N no Boost = Built engine stock tranny but with 3.92 gears it’s an 8 speed single cab 6.4 Manifold, 92mm Throttle body, Custom air intake which sucks in more air now since it’s near the front grill, Smaller battery functional N lighter, No tailgate, V6 Fan instead of stock, Stock block, Upgraded headers, exhaust, STAGE 4 Cam Kit Injectors, Wheels, Lighter truck and tuned, P.S has more things

@@leepecha4923 not bad at all doesn’t have some of the probelms the hemi at the time did for the 3rd gen year i have a 2002 crew cab hold the 100 shot good had a tune and full throttle body ported runs strong planing on getting headers next really want to see what the little 4.7 is about 😁
@@BENDOVER-xr8pc have you had any head gasket issues? I have had 2 over the years. Both had head gasket replacements by 120k miles. Just normal driving.
Man, I know I keep saying it but everytime I see his truck I get crazy nostalgic and miss my old 02 Ram and knowing what could have been with it. Is it weird that one of my goals for my Challenger 1320 is to beat this Ram? Lol. But if I don't its fine, I love what they're doing with these trucks!

I'm not sure what the best one is. I got rid of my truck because at the time they had no tuning options available. Mine was a 13 Ram Express hemi and I think back then only Bully Dog had a tuner that would work but it didn't get good reviews. I'm sure there are better options out there now. Look up Greene Racing. I couldn't find a website but in the forums they mention this email address to contact them

What a the hole in the grille for, airflow for the turbo?
Track intake. Direct air from outside to keep intake temps down. Lots of waiting at a track. You can clearly see no turbo setup anywhere.

It's the 3.92 rear. You don't need it geared down for small light short bed . I think he forgot to tell you it came with the high performance block. It will set you back an extra 15K.

@@kyletingle7044 yes it comes with 100 more horsepower..it' the one you can modify and put a supercharger on . It is special heavey duty racing application built. It has a shorter piston stroke, but wider pistons.
