The bald girl in the facility doesnt have the same powers, Neuman is probably something like causing explosions in someone's body by increasing blood pressure so high and so fast it causes explosions. Meanwhile bald girl's powers is more so being to mentally crush objects, and as an extention to that also people.
I don’t think her eyes turned white yet when Tony had started getting a nosebleed. It could be an inconsistency, or it could be a nuance of how her powers work. We’ll see I guess.
Yeah, they cheated a little there for the plot to work, since it would cause problems for her eyes to turn white with the cameras rolling at a publicly televised hearing.

The bus pile worked because Kimiko's brother specifically targeted the ground under Homelander before dropping the rubble pile, burying Homelander hella deep. 2. Become the highest level of authority in Vought
3. Become the President
