Superb Chicken Tikka kebabs on the Aldi kamado

tikka was the order of the day and boy the Aldi kamado stepped.up once gain .
the chicken thighs were marinated for 5 hours using Misty Ricardo's tikka marinade .mistyricardo.c... which is amazing

you could add another 2 skewers no problem and cook between 1- 1.5kg
