You can use 1kg pizza flour,0.5littres of water, 20 grams of salt, 0.1 grams of melted yeast, 20 grams olive oil,,, mixed nicely and keep covered for 2hours,make round balls like 240 grams and put in the chiller for 48hours then its ready to go... take care n Jesus loves you🎉❤

I'm pretty sure if I tried to do that thing where you throw it from left to right hand, it would fall apart. Would you consider doing a pizza dough video?? Great videos. Love the setup. I’ve been making pizza in my backyard the last few months and am always trying to get better. How long do you leave your dough at room temperature for before making your pizzas? Do you use regular flour on the peel or semolina?
