Hi Moe and Angelo, both wooden machines were used to make mat and wool...We have a lot of these in old houses or castles in Sweden....And those things on the stairs are castiron Christmastree holders

I love you Angelo! You're quickly becoming one of my favorite people to watch. With that said you really need to warn people before you play content of a death whistle blowing. I watch three Russian Ghost hunters who use the death whistle and every one of them plays some sort of track music while they are blowing the whistle because they know that could invite literally anything into anyone's houses via their speakers. I damn near had a heart attack when that other dude blew that whistle. That's nothing to play with to begin with. I would appreciate a heads up next time. Otherwise keep up the amazingly good work! Like I said I really love your work. Just no more death whistles please 😂

When the piano played and Moe jumped back, I think the vibrations of the chair falling is what caused the flashlight to go off. I’m not sure what kind of flashlight it was but if it was one where you loosen it to make it easier for the spirits to manipulate, I’d be willing to bet it wasn’t paranormal. Piano, yes…flashlight, no. BUT! If it was just a regular flashlight then never mind what I’m rambling about, haha! 👻

I think that perhaps the frames in the attic are weaving frames. They were used to make bed linens, rugs, or tapestries. The shorter rods on the 1st frame are loaded with large spools of various thread colors that are then tightly woven together with consistent tightness to maintain the desired design and shape of the "sheet" of fabric as it is fed onto the 2nd frame with the long barrel. The piece is methodically guided onto the 2nd frame to be rolled onto the long wooden barrel as it is completed. This process kept the finished piece snug off of the (dusty) floor. The loom operators did all the work. The looms were cranked manually at a set rate using a series of crank handles located on the frames. Can you imagine having that job? (Ah, No thanks.) The process was used before the industrialization and creation of automated electric looms that are used today. I am definitely not an expert on this process. My late husband worked for a short time in a cotton mill and this was the basic concept that he explained to me. It was a hot and exhausting job for him, so I can only try to imagine how difficult it was in earlier times. Phew!!

Hi Ang, yes I remember this one. One thing I wanted to mention was that other machine in the attic across from the wool machine, I believe the other one was a Loom. So it could be that maybe one of the slaves was locked in there to work.

This machine is an old loom for making cloth. I realize this was a while ago, but remember Google is your friend - reverse picture search. Also lady bugs are good luck. You should research and ask the owners for permission on what rooms are off limits.
