Anatolian shepherd dogs LOVE to just lie on the highest vantage point and watch everyone. My family has three and we love their laidback nature. Beautiful puppies btw Update: we now own five Anatolian Shepherd puppies. Our female Bella had a surprise litter of ten puppies. Five girls and five boys. We kept the twins out of the litter and they are six months old. They were boy girl twins. Mama is happy and has been spayed. The vet was shocked Bella had puppies because none of the tests showed she was pregnant. The other puppies went to farms and enjoy life. I own their older brother (he’s from a previous litter) and he loves sleeping next to them on our lounge. We only intended breeding Bella twice in her life but she and her mate (my dad’s dog) Bear, whom all women in my family refer to as Teddy Bear, decided to shock us out of all the litters we had and gave us ten rowdy, sweet and down mischievous babies. Just when we’d got comfortable with life. Thank you for reading 😊😂
My 9 month old Anatolian female has to play with any and every animal she comes into contact with to point of being a nuisance. My 8 month old 7/8 Maremma/1/8 Anatolian was much more like the pups in this video and at 8 months old is a very serious and observant guard dog.
My Spanish Mastiff pup I got at 3 months old (5.5 months now) has been the same way. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body but she is _such a persistent, stubborn roughhouser_ I try and I try and I try to get her to leave my dachshund and Sheltie and Yorkshire terrier alone, but she feels *_compelled_* to paw them and nibble them
They are so cute

These are guardian dogs...like babysitters. They have been bred for thousands of year. We don't need to cross them to mess them up.
Thank you- just adopted 18mo old ASD. My 1st ASD so am happy to have this knowledge.
Anatolians are super cute 🥰
Very beautiful puppies, they are very similar to the gampra of the Armenian wolfhound.
My Anatolians are so chilled out. Even when one of my jealous male German Shepherds is try's to boss around my adult male Anatolian.
We have a 1 year old Anatolian mix that we rescued. Do you breed them?
Yes. I have 3 males and 3 females. We have a farm and these are working dogs. www.HurCompany.com
Do you run a rescue? I've been searching for an anatolian shepherd for some time now :3
No. I rescue dogs, but don't run a rescue. I have a farm. www.HurCompany.com

They sure are fuzzy as puppies compared to adults who seem to have fairly short hair
“Misters on” wow it must be unbearable in the summer months! I’ve never seen that.
I just spoil them!
Are they food with cats and little children?
They are very good with children and cats. Start young and introduce these puppies to everything/everyone.
