My dad is 63 and I'm 25 and one thing my dad and I can always bond together on is ridiculousness. We'll grab a coffee every weekend and watch ridiculousness together. I'll always treasure that.

thats exactly what I thought! There were def variations of clip reaction shows like Tosh.O and the Daily Soup that already existed.
We had a tradition within my friend group where every single Thursday night we all met up at my buddy’s house, had a BBQ and played poker until 10pm when the new episode of Rob & Big would premiere. That went on for the entirety of the show, then started again when Fantasy Factory started. Rob basically made church for my friend group and we religiously attended EVERY SINGLE sermon. Now he OWNS MTV. Rob is a GENIUS with business, 1000%.
I miss watching The Fantasy Factory, those were the days.

The thing I want to know most about Ridiculousness is how many people are such iy live when it airs new music episodes? I think that’s the beauty of it honestly. It’s that you don’t have to catch it from the beginning, I think most people like me are watching it at random times like Midnight, 1am before bed. You catch tune in 20 minutes into the show and still enjoy it just the same. It’s evergreen for sure.

Smart guy. Funny story, my friends mom was around 100 before she died. She would watch this show a MINIMUM 10 hours a day. She loved it! She could barely hear. It was perfect.

Think about it. What are you doing if you’re not playing video games or watching television? You’re probably browsing CZcams or social media. What are you doing on social media? I remember when ridiculousness aired first. A lot of talk about how it was a knock off of tosh.0. I loved tosh.0, But the dynamic between steelo, Rob, and Chanel, paired with a fact that there were no skits, my opinion made ridiculousness much better.

I’ve seen a video before breaking down how Rob basically owns MTV at this point, it’s pretty crazy. He’s on track to become a billionaire just from all the MTV money he’s constantly raking in. The theme song, the commentary, the format, the not-that-funny videos, I hate it all.
