Thanks for the tour !! I have a hybrid system for my inventory. I love seeing how others keep it organized. I Too use Bins, I do my Big (volume) categories together so I can batch Check that my listings are still on eBay, in the Bins I do by chronological order, I ordered some boxes to utilize my space for the smaller categories and use the file system for those. Bins are great - no dust and no pests>. P.S. Love your Co-workers 🐕😺
Hi Annette, i love hearing about your inventory system! I think our systems are similar, i set aside bras and accessories in separate 'drawers'. I agree, i love the bins because they are super sturdy and keep inventory clean! Hahaha yes i have awesome co-workers, they are exceptional at taking snack breaks! I believe that is one of the things I love most about selling...that we have an opportunity to find amazing things...sometimes things that make us second guess ourselves because they are items that make you go huh? but those are great pieces and worth giving them a 2nd chance!

Lets see, I tend to source on Tue, Thu, Sat, and Sun for about 3 hours (give or take) each day so 12 hours per week. I never thought about that before so thanks for asking me that question! I have tried a mix of baking soda & vinegar and put it on the stains and let it sit for a while even overnight. This sometimes will get the stains out the best. This also works well. Grandma's Secret Spot Remover Laundry Spray, 16 Ounce. Also I let it sit overnight for bad stains. You can get it at Walmart or Amazon. Sometimes I see it at Ross or Marshals.
Hi rustyrose! I love hearing about what methods work best for you, this is sooooo helpful! I have heard of grandma's spot remover but haven't tried it yet. Ohhhh i use baking soda with hydrogen peroxide on tough stains and that has worked for me, prob similar chemical reaction like b.s. and vinegar? The sweater shaver was amazing, my favorite part was what you created with 5ft x4ft I think you said “foam core board” that was genius with the white felt. That vertical slant is perfect. Love your clothes pin touch. I use index cards. I will replace my disposable razor with your sweater shaver. Thank you so much for sharing, I got a lot out of your simple genius techniques. Do you guys put your bin and goodwill items in the washer b4 displaying? Or do you steam sanitize them to remove the thrift smell, please give feedback Dana and followers, I appreciate feedback.

Another great and informative video. Im always learning new brands from you. Your item description is very good. Your tour of the office is very helpful. Gives me ideas of what I need to do. Love seeing the animals. I understand what you mean when it comes to investing in totes. Changing a system that works is difficult, especially when we invest so much into them. As long as it works for you and you are still profitable. And of course, no items go missing.

Hi Dana I have a quick question about the paper you are using could you share the dimensions ? It’s tough to see in video how big it is. I love this idea to wrap clothing in… and I’m moving soon so I can use for both packing and shipping 🙏🏽
Hi Ashauna! Sure thing the size is 27" x 17" and i have a link in my description above. I used to use packing paper from Home Depot which is more square in shape but the one in the Amazon link comes in big quantity and is cheaper per sheet. Because its a bit on the smaller side it works well with most clothing except bulky jacket and coats. Thanks sooooo much for watching and your comment, i really appreciate you! 🥰
